Heritage Honda does a great job at providing quality service to the customer. My only suggestion would be to improve internal communication between customer representatives.

He informed me of the status of my vehicle and any updates as soon as anything changed and he was very detailed in answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Charles Robbins represented Heritage Honda in a very professional manner in the way he conducted himself while my vehicle was getting serviced and I would reccomendation anyone to ask for him.
