Routine service
My service was completed within an hour. The waiting area Included comfortable seating away from the tv for those who wanted to read or work which I appreciated! Keenan Davis made sure I understood what needed to be done, the time frame I could expect to be there and that I was aware of the amenities in the waiting area. He kept me informed and was polite, cheerful and efficient.

Great Experience
I recently took my Honda to Heritage Bel Air for scheduled service. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my visit. I was greatly impressed with the newly remodeled and state of the art facility. Also impressed by the kind and helpful staff in the new state of the art facility.

4 wheel alignment
I asked for a print out of my alignment results was told that they didn?t have them, it would be nice to share service records with the owner of the car that?s paying for the service, I don?t know if the alignment was even done.

Fast , friendly and very helpful.
They did more to meet my price. Service was fast and thorough. Even got a no hassle car wash! I was very much impressed with the service attendant and with the salesman. They met my price and then some!

Very disappointed
Was trying to purchase a used car with cash. They didn't agree with the price and kept trying to get me to come in when I (repeatedly) said CASH was all I had, for I'm on fixed income and cannot finance. They kept wanting me to finance.

Oil change and to change the interior light bulb.
I went in for oil change and to change interior light bulb. Truck was perfect going in, but came out with check engine light on.
