I recently purchased a car from Budget Motors in Reno, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Arrived in the car that I wanted to trade in, looked at the Tahoe and it was to old to get financing, they wanted cash only, so looked at a couple more and in the meantime their salesman took our car for a test drive, about 45 minutes later he walks through the door and proceeded tell us that our transmission was going out, and he left the car in the middle of some parking lot. So he had another salesman give us a ride back to the car, where I looked at it and determined that it was not transmission but he had blown up the motor in the car, was making all sorts of noises, it's pretty bad when you drive up to a car lot, and after their test drive it needs to be towed because it will no longer run, will never do business their again or will I ever tell anyone else to shop their. Worst experience I have ever had.
