I stopped in with my husband Saturday morning so he could get his leased Mazda inspected, and Kyle Heckman introduced himself to us. He was extremely professional and excited about the cars, but not at all pushy. He was open and honest—a stark contrast to a lot of salespeople. I was looking for a new vehicle, but hadn’t thought about Mazda’s, mostly because I thought they were pricier. But walking around the lot I saw a lot of really great vehicles at great prices. I left with him, got home, checked reviews for the cx3, and drove back over to see what Kyle could do for me. A stress-free buying process with Kyle and with the finance department made for a quick few hours, and in the end, I drove away in a brand new cx3 awd touring! Bought a used car last week with the "Cars For Clunkers" promotion. Austin and the staff were very friendly and low pressure. I wasn't sure if I wanted the car so they offered to let me test drive it the rest of the day to get a better feel for the car. Found a problem with a windshield wiper after I bought the car and took it back and they fixed it right away and even gave me a spare. Great experience all around.
