Good experience for first time visitor

The overall experience was very pleasant and time worth spent. This was the first time I looked at Hyundai vehicles and I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Kevin Woods was exceptional with helping me test drive the cars of my choice and very patient as time elapsed. The only downfall was waiting for the loan department as there was only one person on for that day due to training purposes and I needed to wait about an hour. During the pick-up of the vehicle, Kevin reviewed the overall car programs--radio, maintenance, phone set-up, etc. He was extremely professional and definitely wanted me to get the most out of the car to the point of sharing contact information in case I had any trouble remembering equipment usage. I definitely would recommend asking for him if you are thinking about a new car.

new cx5

I traded my 2013 cx5 on a 2017 cx5. Lenny was great to work with. He answered all my questions and did all he could to meet my needs.

Super Impressed!

So far I've gone to Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda twice. Both time we're excellent but this time around was amazing. I was having some serious bad luck with my previous car and Heather helped me out a TON with my GAP claim. On top of that my car salesman Jon Hummel was there the same day and he was right there with the exact car that I wanted and gave me an awesome deal plus put in to have me a new key made!! Then to wrap it all up I met Jack who did me a HUGE favor and made my whole experience relaxing and less stressful. Especially for me who stresses about everything!!! Thank you to the crew at Blaise for helping me again!!!

Great sale

Luke did a super job of thoroughly explaining car options to me based on needs and interest. I don't need all the bells and whistles and Luke worked well with me showing me lots of options while not putting on pressure on me for any particular car or sale.

Buying a 2017 Sonata hybrid.

We never got to meet the service people. Austin was an excellent salesman!! Some of the other staff was not. Heather was excellant in closing our deal. Felt were we a little rushed at the end when we went to sign the paper work.
