Typical used car sales tactics.

Called to inquire about a car advertised on their site and after a virtual drive and verbal agreement to purchase for the listed asking price. They later called me back and said it would be another $1000 to send it through their shop, otherwise no warranty. It clearly states that all cars under a certain mileage come with a 6 mo warranty. Typical used car salesmen who have earned their poor reputations in the world.

Poor service department

Service department is not to be trusted. Do not listen. And try to charge you for parts that you don’t need. After the sale they could care less if you ever come back. Your salesman treats you like your invisible after the sale. The only person that treats you with respect is Kat Boone that does the sales paperwork. As far as the rest of them they are totally useless after the sale. I will never step foot back in that dealership.

Buyer beware

My husband and I purchased a vehicle in November. We purchased a 2019 Toyota Sienna. After owning the vehicle for 37 days a major part went out on the heating unit. The repair on our vehicle will cost about $4,000 to fix. This dealership was unwilling to work with us to get it fixed. I was told the only way the dealership could help us was if we purchased their extended warranty. My husband and I live 3+ hours away from the dealership so it wasn't worth it for us to purchase the warranty. While I understand the warranty is offered for a reason, after owning a vehicle for a little over a month the dealership should be willing to back the vehicle they sold warranty purchased or not! I am disappointed that the dealership was unwilling to work with us!

I absolutely recommend going to Shottenkirk Toyota. They have excellent customer service. I definitely did my research to find out exactly what i wanted. I was looking for a brand new toyota c-hr and they didn't disappoint. The whole process for me only took three days. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the car came all the way from Nebraska. I've had the car for a few weeks and it rides like a dream. It definitely looks like a dream too. I'm one highly satisfied customer.

Amazing customer service!!!

Amazing customer service! Did trade in appraisal, loan approval all over the phone. They then delivered the car to my driveway two hours away at 830 at night. Very satisfied with the service I received.
