I contacted the dealership through email for the Buick Enclave the two used ones that they had for sale I work a lot so I can't be on the phone so I emailed them well that was 2 weeks ago and I have never received any emails or phone calls or anything else well you have lost my business I have bought my vehicle through the Hyundai dealership in Milwaukee.... I am very dissatisfied on how your customer service your emails whatever how you cannot get back to people

In 8/16, bought Quest minivan, within 1 year the frame rusted through and I had to put in over $3000 into it. Not going back! Ever! They offered to "look" at it if anything went wrong, but always told me everything looked fine. Took advantage of a single mom in a time of need.

No hassle and they fixed a few things before we picked it up. They told us if we had any problems afterwards just to call. Great customer service!
