Waukesha's Best Used Cars

I recently bought an 01 chevy impala from this dealer. The salesman was very friendly, laid back and didn't put any pressure on you. When I went to the test drive they were just picking it up from the mechanic, letting me know the car just had repairs done. I was able to drive the car with just my mechanic friend to let us check out the vehicle on our own. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of their cars are very good. I would definitely recommend them.

I own a Lawn Care and Snow Services company, so I am always looking for a vehicle of some sort or another. WBUC had a 3/4 ton pick up that I was interested in. I made a deal on the vehicle with Benny and he could not stress enough how much they stand behind their cars ( because I was very obvious about being nervous about the dealership).......well low and behold I left the lot and I had some problems......I was feeling VERY nervous about what next. I called Benny and he said bring it in, which I did. As luck would have it the computer went out!! I received a call from Dave to explain the whole situation .....I kept waiting for the " welllll this is what it will cost you" and WITHOUT me having to say 1 word, Dave said "We stand behind our cars and we will get it back to you when its done" I was SHOCKED!!! Well, as it happens the truck was fixed and it needed to be timed and tuned and Dave took care of that as well!! This type of service does NOT exist,,,,,,but it does!!! ONLY @ WAUKESHA'S BEST USED CARS. Dave and Benny have earned my future business and I am beyond impressed with the level of dedication to REAL customer service that they have. Thanks!!

I just bought a Dodge Caravan and delt with Dave/Carla. They bent over backwards to help me. Being a woman looking for a van to get my parents around was a big job, and also had some bad experiences with car dealers and mechanics recently. I have restored faith that there are decent people out there. He gave me a great deal and took my old van as a trade in. I love it, and will tell anyone I know to go there. Thank you

Waukesha's Best is by far the best used car dealer anywhere. They will bend over backwards to help you if you need help. Very great customer service and nice people at the dealership.

I recently bought a 99 Honda CR-V from these guys and I'm so impressed at how well it was taken care of through this tough Wisconsin winter. They take amazing care of their cars and it shows when you drive it off the lot. These guys encourage you to test drive their vehicles BY YOURSELF. I emphasize by yourself because a lot of huge dealers will say they have to come with you and pressure you into the car you are test driving but not Waukesha's Best, oh no. Want to look around their lot without worrying about being pressured to by a car? Then go there because you won't get that at a huge dealer either. Want a Lamborghini quality vehicle without breaking your bank? Then get your butt over there. With new inventory constantly, there guys are pushing vehicles out the door left and right but for them the customer always comes first. I can't tell you how pleased I was with my vehicle purchase and how happy I was leaving there knowing I got a fair deal by super genuine people. Thanks Waukesha's Best, I will be back!

It was GREAT going to a dealership where they actually stay in your price range! They didn't push financing at all. They know what they have on the lot and they had good cars at a good price. I have already recommended them to a few people looking for a car.

I LOVE the used Toyota 4 Runner I bought this past year from here. I waited to write a review until I was sure I was satisfied with my purchase . I found this dealership on cars.com looking for a used SUV. I felt the prices were fair from what I had looked at, and liked the inventory they had on their website. I am form Janesville, Wi so I had to feel my drive would be worth my time, feeling they may have another vehicle of interest if I did not like the one I originally looked at on line. It was worth my drive, and I will do it again for my next car, if they keep up the quality they have now. As a female I am always concerned I will be a target for a bad car deal. I brought a male friend with me, just in case , but now I don't believe that changed the out come of my purchase. Dave is a talker, so I was concerned at first..... But I think he IS concerned about the Cars he sells and how that will affect his business. He spent a lot of time with me, to make sure I got what I wanted... And it was not the most expensive car on the Lot, I liked that. (I hope I am right with the name, Dave....but I am talking about the blonde hair guy....if you go there) I give it a 5 Star review, thinking you would too. ( I don't write too many reviews either!!)

Bought my Hyundai Sante from these guys. they were awesome they had good cars and great service. I would go back to them any day.

Dave and his employees are honest, hardworking, and friendly. The cars they sell are reliable and durable. Therefore, the choice was easy, and I bought from him. As a young female unknowledgeable about cars, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. They even went out of their way and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Had a fantastic experience with these guys! Took a car on a test drive and the brakes needed some work. They had it fixed the next morning, free of charge. I bought it the next day. They picked me up on the east side of Milwaukee so I could make it to Waukesha to buy my car. And they filled my tank! It was excellent working with these guys. Brian, David, and Chris really know how to treat their customers!!
