My experience was very satisfactory. My Salesperson (Jacob) and my Sales Manager( Jay) were a dynamic team. They were very professional and very patient with me. I Test drive up to 6 vehicles and still couldn't make up my mind in the end. They were very observative of my demeanors during and after the test drives and were able to help me come to a decision on which vehicle I liked best. My Sales team was very detailed in providing me with information and clarity during my car buying process. Jay followed up with me a couple days afterwards to see how I was enjoying my vehicle purchase which was awesome. Diane in the finance office demonstrated the same professionalism and patience and provides me with all the information I needed during and following completion of my documents.
