I did experience some delays when it came to buying my car that were of out of Brandon and Tony's control. They made the experience very easy. I have not owned a car in many years and my credit is not the best. They took a chance with me and no down payment. I walked out keys in hand. If you are struggling with approval I recommend this establishment. They do have some growing to do with lack of staff ready and available as you walk in but other then that they are very efficient.

If you want to rebuild your credit this is the best place to come. Jay is very nice and very attentive to your needs and goes out of his way to help you get into a car!

Everything they said for the most part happened like they said it would. For the most part I like my car just waiting to see what they say when I go back

I have had my car for 2 weeks and already issues with the car. The mechnic takes forever to fix a simple problem. Staff isnt very friendly. You walk in the place and most of them wont ask if they can help you. This will be my 2nd time taking it back to dealer because now my car does not lock. Another issue I had was the fact that I asked for a car fax and didnt get one until I asked again this was after I signed paperwork that they gave me the car fax. The car I purchased had been in 2 accidents!!! They got me and charges around $10,000 over bluebook value of the cars. at least mine was. I guess thats how they get you with not so good credit. I dont think I would recommend this dealership to family or friends. I didnt have a good experience.

I worked with Jay and Brandon. From the very beginning, Jay made the process a breeze. He had great communication and made me feel comfortable. I did mostly everything online being as though the dealership was an hour and a half away, and as soon as I arrived to the dealership, Brandon had all my stuff ready from the approval Jay had already got me. It was fast, smooth, and easy. I appreciate them so much! And I’m sending whoever I know that’s looking to them!

Jay me in and out of there in no time. A man of his word very professional. Had the car I wanted ready to go for me when I pull up. I most definitely would recommend friends and family. Will be back for another car when I ready to upgrade.

At first you never know what to expect when purchasing a vehicle but my experience was nothing but above and beyond excellent customer service our sales guy was GREAT for the new guy still training but very knowledgeable one thing for sure is they listen to your needs and wants to ensure you leave satisfied and I’M VERY SATISFIED at the end of the day.
