I purchased my Lexus RX350 on October 18, 2025. My salesperson was Abby Gallo. She made my car buying experience very pleasant. She asked what I was looking for and went out of her way to meet my needs. She made sure I understood everything on the car and answered all my questions. She made car buying experience less stressful.

September 17, 2025 --- not resolved. Called Lexus corporate today and the agent phoned Price Leblanc. He advised me that they are still waiting on the "Goodwill" claim. WHY AREN'T THEY RETURNING OUR CALLS? SERVICE VISIT Awful Service. ... I have a 2010 Lexus RX350 "I LOVE MY CAR" 133,000 miles. The air conditioner broke $2,700. When they replaced the air conditioner they did not punch a hole for the AC Water drain, and the water was dripping on the driver side of my car, I'm talking SOAKING WET. I didn't notice it because I drive with my shoes on. They broke my stereo and phone charger. The fix they said was PURCHASE a new one. When I press change disc it changes radio station. THEY WILL NOT MAKE THEIR WORK GOOD. I'm buying a genisus next month. due to bad service at PRICE LEBLANC. Awful Service.

Awful Service.... I have a 2010 Lexus RX350 "I LOVE MY CAR" 133,000 miles. The air conditioner broke $2,700. Spoke to the salesman via online… Told him I was out of town and would have to do the transaction online. The sales were never followed up … I was ready to buy, but nobody followed up? Very poor Management.

Kim stepped in to facilitate the purchase of my new *amazing* GX when another sales consultant dropped the ball. She is a pure delight to work with. She kept me posted of the status of my place on the wait list at all times - even contacting me on her days and weekends off. She got me exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Not to mention, she came in on her vacation time off the day I picked up my GX. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from Price Leblanc and both have been fantastic experiences!
