I cannot even begin to say how sketchy the car I bought from here was but I didn’t know these things back then. Bought a car for $6,000 and 10minutes later smoke everywhere on highway. Coolant leak and the battery died when I tried to turn car back on because obviously I had to turn it off with smoke everywhere. In the end he made the coolant stop smoking but the issue was never fixed and 11months later I found out the main head gasket was bad the whole time. I knew it was never fixed cause I added coolant once a month that whole time thinking it was a radiator issue because some bad mechanics said so. But the final diagnosis was that main head gaskets had longgg problems that the mechanics said they couldn’t service it. Every mechanic said its done and that was true. A new engine was close to the cars value itself. When I told Mr.Zee or their Zee I should say about the problem of course he tries to hide and now he says oh I’m not the boss I have a boss who said we can’t help you anymore. Guys and girls please never ever go to this joke/dangerous excuse for a car dealership. Reply if you want more details.

I applied online for credit approval a week ago and I still haven't heard anything. I was promised I would here something by the end of the day or at least the next day.

I'm beyond happy with my purchase from US 1 Automaxx. I could not have found a more perfect used car. I bought a used white 2009 VW New Beetle with only 80k miles, and I love it. It's literally PERFECT. I took a guy friend out there with me to make sure I was getting a good deal and a good car, and he couldn't stop telling me how great of a car it was and how good of a person was our salesperson, Ahmad. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. My friend actually wants to go back and purchase a car for himself; great service goes a long way. Anyway, I definitely recommend this dealership. When I first walked into Us 1 Automaxx I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome and a big smile by Z and his son. Z was great the very first moment we started doing business, I can't tell you the perception I thought I would get coming to a dealership with nothing but honesty and such welcoming people. So I'm thinking like,"ok its going to be an overpriced car I'm going to walk in and feel like I'm being forced to buy the car." However, it was nothing like that. I enjoyed my experience here. Z, the manager, was great as well and helped both parties agree to a mutual reasonable selling price. The overall experience, for me being a first time buyer, felt like buying a car from a family friend. They were very genuine and made sure that I left the dealership satisfied as a customer. Highly reccomend us 1 automaxx!
