I saw a car I liked online, so I went in and test drove it. I returned the next day, made a fair deal, and drove away happy with my new car. Simple. Fast. Fair.

I bough a 2008 SUV Pontiac Torrent from this Dealership. During my intial contact with them, they refused to disclose any information about the history of the vehicle to me, besides the only information that the SUV has a Salvage title. After making my payments from another state, I arranged for the SUV to be shipped to me. It was then that they told me that the fuel sending unit of the vehicle does not work, hence I would never know how much gas I have. Also, it was after I received the vehicle that I figured out the "Airbag Light" was on. Prior to the payment I made to me, they (Rick Garcia to be precise) lied to me that the vehicle was in perfect condition. I complained to them and they rudely told me that the vehicle was sold as it was. I have spent more than I paid for the price of the vehicle in fixing the multiple problems, yet the issues have remained unresolved. They are very DISHONEST. I will NOT recommend this dealership for anyone. Buyers be careful.

I went to this dealer while shopping for a car last week. I worked with Bernard and he was a great help. While we decided to go with a different car, I just wanted to leave a review here to say what a good job he did. Any questions we had he had an answer for them, and really worked with us.
