Shop around, then go to D-Patrick

This the 4th vehicle my family has bought at D-Patrick. If you’re buying a new Honda, I honestly don’t know why you’d go anywhere else. I really shop around, from KY to St Louis. Not only does D-Patrick give me the best deal, but the sales team are genuinely friendly people without the ridiculous tactics of so many others.

My Honda is Only Serviced a D-Patrick

I had a low tire light showing on my Honda CRV.Since I purchased the tires at D Patrick, I went there to have it checked out. I was worked in to their busy schedule within a reasonable time and told I had a tire that had an issue. A new tire was ordered. The faulty tire was aired up and I was told it would safe to drive on it until it was replaced. A week later it was replaced. To my surprise, it was still under warranty and the not pro-rated for wear. So there was no charge. I bought my car 9 years ago from D-Patrick and have never had it serviced anywhere else. I find the staff, especially Chuck, to be honest, friendly, and informative.

Timely Professional Service

Professional service in a very timely manner. The service consisted of an oil change and a rotation of tires. The entire effort included a check of all vital items.

2022 Ridgeline First Service

My first service on my 2022 Ridgeline went well. I was immediately greeted and asked about any concern or requests. The waiting area was comfortable and wifi was provided. The personnel were friendly and courteous. Thanks DPat Honda.

Good service, happy repeat customers.

I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Enjoying playful banter even at 7:00 am appointment. The needs of my vehicle were taken care of expediently and I was able to get back on the road home. I adjusted my service time to arrive early and unfortunately I was 15 min late. However the service dept treated me great as is there pattern.
