Excellent service

Prompt and courteous service. I have serviced my previous Honda Accord and now my Honda SUV with them, now for four years. I strongly recommend them.

Replacement Car

Good group at Honda DPat. They know how to get things done in a very efficient manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Good work!

Excellent service, professional personnel

They treat you professionally. Easy to deal with. Honest people. They explain to you what needs to be done before they proceed to do the job. The service department is important part when you are deciding to buy your new or used car.

Recall situation addressed quickly

The service at D-Patrick Honda surpassed our expectations! The recall situation was addressed quickly, and we were off and running once again! Tom is always so very friendly, honest and upfront with costs. It is much appreciated!

Excellent customer service

They are willing to work with you to get you in the car you want. We only buy our Honda’s at D-Patrick. Highly recommend & this is our 4th vehicle we’ve purchased from Eric Sallee.

They could care less

Traded two vehicles for another two. Seems they could care less about customer satisfaction. Salesman appeared to hate his job and acted like me negotiating prices was a burden on him. Had other dealerships offer better trades and put more work into finding a vehicle we needed, sadly Dpatrick was the dealership that had it in stock. Won?t be back and wont recommend.

Outstanding customer service

Customer service was extremely friendly and kind and the service was fast and efficient. I have a service dog and everyone was understanding and respectful. Highly recommend.

GREAT SERVICE AS USUAL

Friendly service staff (love Dave!). Never have to wait long, keeps you informed always. Waiting area comfortable, cashier very nice. Bathrooms always clean. Pleasure to visit.
