Review of Auto purchase process.

MS. Hooper was very helpful in all respects. She showed us a variety of auto's and listened to our comments, answered our questions and was helpful throughout the process without being pushy. The financial process was thoroughly explained and took a minimum of time. Overall experience was excellent.

Ssalesman, Donathon Stover " Man of Mercedes Benz"

This was an awesome seamless experience, Mr Donathon Stover, knows about Mercedes Benz Cars, he made this a seamless purchase, he was very detail with all instructions and left us with , " What a wonderful salesman" . Mr. Stover has certainly taken his salesman training to heart, he knows the right buttons to push, he uses a great method to insure all that you have everything you need to drive away with confident that it could not have been presented and sold by anyone, anywhere any better. Mr. Stover is truly an asset to the Mercedes Benz Family of wonderful people in this awesome office in Fayetteville, NC. Mr. John Lance Koegel was so helpful with the financing, he went beyond the call of duty to find me an excellent rate, even when he had given me a very good rate, what a team of Quality gentlemen you have assembled. Mr. & Mrs. Back 2015 GLA 250

Bought a GLA 250 for my wife Elizabeth. The entire process was great! Donathon Stover was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would, and have strongly recommended Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville!!! The entire staff was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and has made my Wife and I very happy and pleased with our purchase. If Mercedes Benz awards a dealership some type of recognition for outstanding service, then my vote for 2015 would be for Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville !!! Mercedez Benz of Fayetteville

On 10/26/2015, 8:00 am appointment, I took my 2014 E350 in for B service. While I waited in waiting area, I asked Linda Jorden if there was a black-on-black 2016 E350. She then passed the info on to a manager. He checked the lot and returned and said that he did have an E350 with the feature I was looking for. He sent Jim Alley to work with me, and he pulled the E350 around to show an explain all the new features on the car. He took my ID and about 20 minutes he had a payoff quote and a bank to finance me and between 12:00 Noon - 12:15 I was on my way back to Mount Olive, N.C. The Salesman, Manager, and Finance Manager both continued to work for me to get an even lower interest rate, after I had already been approved and drove my E350 home. It does not get any better than that.
