Very attentive and knowledgeable of the cars he sells. I’ve dealt with numerous dealers and some have basic knowledge of cars at best. Process was also seamless which I appreciated greatly.

Customer service needs improvement
The Wagner Corporation needs to look at the way their customers, current and previous are handled. Employees not being honest with repair time frame to inputting correct information into their system. I had to pay for a tire that I had a service contract on. Granted the money was refunded, but to go through the doubt that I had a contract bothered me. I have since traded my car and have been waiting for my refund on a warranty contract and Wagner has yet to cancel the agreement. This was back in September. I think the car was in the shop more than I drove it. The dealership didn't disclose upon the sale or even when I was looking at the car that it had 2 accident claims on it. I accept that I didn't do my research on a used car by reviewing the car fax, but they didn't bring it forward either. The overall experience for me was just not what I expected from a Mercedes dealer.

Our goal is to give our clients a wonderful experience, and in your case, we definitely missed the mark. I cannot tell you why the repairs to your vehicle took so long, and I certainly don’t want to give you any excuses. Clearly, we over-promised and under-delivered when giving you a time expectation. For that we are sorry and going forward we will be better. One of our store policies is to always present a Carfax to clients. Since your review, we have reinforced this policy in our sales department, and are requiring clients to sign the Carfax so as to confirm it was disclosed and reviewed. Lastly, my finance department has confirmed that your refund check was sent out and received by you. I trust this issue was resolved. I completely understand your frustrations, that you’re fully justified to feel. I hope that there isn’t anything outstanding that still needs to be addressed—if there is, please let me know. This has been such a bad experience with Wagner Motors....
This has been such a bad experience with Wagner Motors. From the auto body shop to the overall service of the car dealership. From The Body Shop not being honest with what needed to be done and the time frame that the car would be ready. To the dealership not disclosing that the car had 2 accident claims on it. I have since traded in the car and I have been waiting seven weeks for a refund of my extended warranty and when I contacted the warranty company myself, the contract was still active. . The car was lovely except it needed to be babied and I had asked that question prior to purchasing and was told no. It just seems that customer service was a really bad issue for me with this dealership and for being a Mercedes dealer it was not worth the time and money to have the experience of owning a Mercedes.

I did Get a new 2020 GLE 350 in within an hour with a very good deal and at the same time the price range I am comfort with, Every one I met in my visit was so nice and kind from the moment I entered the dealership, even my wife and my kids were very happy. They did their best to make us happy and comfort regardless of the car we want to get. and after I got the car I went to ask about some customization option in the car, the took care of every simple and big question I had. I was very impressed how easy and how much fun it was purchasing a car through this MB dealership!!! Everyone who in which I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, caring and informative.. My car buying experience was perfect with this dealership . I would highly recommend them for anyone buying a new or used car in any price range..
