Poor service

Poor service experience. I had to ask for my car to be detailed, which is supposed to be automatic with our service. Also had to wait 3 hours for routine service to be completed.

2018 Tucson

Darrell made the process easy and pleasant. I have never considered buying a new car as a pleasant experience, until I went to Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda.

New Tahoe

The buying experience was good. We had a very nice salesman. There was some confusion about the Gap insurance during the financing phase, but was rectified.

Absolutley best service.

great service, The guys that greet me to take my information for my oil change and tire rotation are very nice. The young man that services my Santa Fe makes sure my truck is thoroughly checked over. Thanks for a great experience every time I go!! Pat Williams

They were supposed to order a part for my Mazda still in warranty and call when it came in. I waited and waited and no call (I'm sure at least 3 weeks) so I called them. They said "yes, the part is here". Why they hadn't called me I don't know!

Professional and Friendly A+ A+

Everyone was very friendly. I knew I wanted an Elantra. So while Eddie was getting keys to a car. Deon drove us around look for other Elantra. Eddie found the perfect one (better than I expected). Never once did they try pressuring me into buying a more expensive car. I told them my payment amount and they made it happen. Madonna was so easy to talk to, she made us feel right at home. We will definitely buy from again.

Good experience

Very good experience other than the woman madonna collins. Debrell Brown and Joe Washington were very helpful. We love the car staff was very friendly.
