Happy customer

My husband had been looking for a truck to fit our budget for over two months. As you know trucks are very much in demand so that means you pay more. Well we stopped in at Tim Newman's Best Buy on a Friday around 430pm. Mind you they close at 6. We found a truck took it for a test drive. We ended up purchasing it and they stayed open an hour later just to make sure my husband drove it home that very same same day. Everyone played a part in our purchase. The staff worked very well together as well. We were very pleased overall with our experience and my husband loves his truck. Thank you

Not the best experience.

I’m not the one to leave reviews, but I recently bought a truck from Tim Newman’s, and the shop has had it in their possession longer than I have. I have contacted Tim Newman’s, and mentioned the problem that I am having just to let them know, but in no way have they offered to help. All I’ve been told is, “that’s good to know for the future.” Again, I’m not one to leave bad reviews, let alone any reviews, but I felt this needs to be said. Sorry Tim Newman’s...
