Bought a 2011 BMW 3-Series Convertible, Gio, the Salesperson present himself as trustworthy with his "I GOT YOU" attitude, boy did he get me. I bought a car that was said to in great condition, would last me along time. Immediately while driving home the dealer , it started heavy smoke coming out from the hood required me drive back dealership The vehichle towed back to dealership 21/2 weeks later, remained there for 30 days. They will lie and said they had knowledge of vehicle had been and are not able to locate paperwork showing repairs made, this is only to hide the true condition of vehicle at purchase time. They fail to provide all the required disclosures and signed documents and will provide them only after you inquire about the add on you you didn't ask for.and gps tacking. They keep after closing hours just to rush you into signing RIsc without fully disclosing finance terms. New Age Financial inc.there affiliated lender is just crooked as them. They mishandle your payment, are not honest and treat there customers unfairlly. They have no disregards to the harm they cause there customers... BE SMART TAKE REVIEW SERIOUS DON'T BE FOOLED

Horrible customer service, they will be all smiles and welcome while you are buying their piece of junk cars, but as soon as they start breaking down they will not return your calls! I bought a car for my son from the dealership and when he was driving it home the check engine light came on, he brought it back the next day and they reset the computer. 2 days later it came on again and they had to replace a sensor. We hadn't even made our first payment when the starter went out, before the second payment was due the motor that moves the passenger seat went out and of course that's not covered, and now the 3rd payment is due and the oil pump is out and the car had been in the shop for 21 days and they still haven't fixed it! I could build a new car in 21 days! I hate having to pay for a car that can't even be driven! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I purchased a truck from these guys last October and the truck was starting to misfire. Being that I dont know much about cars I figured it was in need of a tune up. Here I am now with a full tune up and the truck is still misfiring. Come to find out my truck has a bad head gasket. I really recommend if you dont have great knowledge on cars or trucks to have someone with you that does. Now I have to fix this problem that's going to cost me at least $2,000 if the head isn't cracked. If its cracked I'm looking at $7,000. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BELIEVE THESE GUYS!!
