Great dealership we stopped by on a whim to take a look at a used Kia Telluride. I was extremely skeptical because I'm typically A GM girl. As it turned out we both really really liked this vehicle and found that we were going to try for the first time to lease it instead. Sean was very helpful in helping us walk throuthis decision. He went above and beyond and the next day at work at my request he emailed me a blank list and painstakingly took the time to scan each page and send it over to me. He answered all of my questions and he even stayed after his shift to review all of the features and buttons and help me set my preferences in the vehicle. Jacob was great as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for Kia.

Be careful! The car they had listed was sold a week ago but the website was never updated. It seems a little suspicious

Extremely disappointed. Outten Kia refused to give me the Kelly Blue Book trade in value of my car. They weren't even willing to match, or come anywhere close, to the trade in value of my car that two other dealerships quoted me. I would not trust them.

Purchased a new Kia Soul from Outten in Dec.2019 on the advise of every Soul owner I met. Purchasing was a great experience. Outten has continued to service with great expertise and professionalism. My last oil service and maintenance check informed me that a battery failure was imminent. I was warned several months ago that the battery was dying and I forgot! Thank you for replacing the battery and avoiding the upcoming inconvenience.

My experience started 2 years ago when I was in the market for a car. My credit was good but I didn't think good enough for a new car. I went to Outten Kia and was treated wonderful. I have never had an issue with any of my service orders, every appointment has been smooth. They have kept in constant contact with me to let me know about any current or potential service campaigns (kind of like recalls). I am always treated kindly when I come in. I would recommend them for not only sales but their service department goes above and beyond!
