Olympic Auto Sales

Would not respond to a simple question asking to rate the condition of the exterior and interior. Only interest was to get me in their building

Truthfully, they deserve a negative ten stars. Please heed this warning so that you are not in my predicament. Under no circumstances should you buy from this used auto sales company. Some careers attract psycho/sociopaths - politicians, police officers, surgeons, and salespeople (in particular, used car salesman...there is a special place in Hades for these folks, perhaps most used car salespeople). I am inclined to believe most of the used car psycho/sociopaths all decided to work for Olympic Auto Sales, or maybe they only recruit these types. I have spent more than 15k on a car that is not driveable because it is rusted so badly. Believe the bad reviews. The good reviews are from people who were either lucky or don't realize how badly they were conned (I originally wrote a glowing review for them until a few mechanics looked at my car and felt sorry for me because the car is so rusted it is unsafe to drive AND no one will work on it. Promise me that if you decide to buy a car, you will have a mobile mechanic come to the shop and inspect the vehicle first. Olympic won't allow you to take it to the nearest dealership or mechanic to be examined. This should be a red flag. Some used car dealerships will allow you to keep the car for up to four days or so to check the car out. Go with one of those used car dealerships, or go with CarMax, which allows you to keep the car up to a month.

Seth and Mathew are terrible!! They wouldn't give me the "total" price of the SUV over the phone. They wanted to force me to come into the dealership after the numbers they gave me didn't add up. Their website says one number, but when you talk to them over the phone, it is over $8,000 above what is listed. Ridiculous!!

I would definitely recommend this dealership! Matt O’Donnell was the best! The process was very smooth and they definitely made sure I was able to get the car I wanted at a reasonable price

Overall a great experience!!! The buying process was simple enough. They always provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend friends and family to check out the inventory.

This place had a great selection of cars and Famous Amous made it happen .We got the car we wanted with the payment we needed. Plus they have an amazing referral program! 1

The employees were great and very accommodating. I shopped around and received great prices and rates. Will definitely shop there again when I’m in the need of another vehicle.
