Sales guy did a great job getting the part I needed...
Sales guy did a great job getting the part I needed quickly and installed fast however Covid protocols weren’t being followed in service area by over half the employees. They also said nothing to the man who walked in with mask on chin. I’m sure this is not company policy but no one was enforcing their policy. I was not comfortable at all, too many maskless men standing around talking.

On time, good professional work. I don’t know what else to say about Toyota’s Service center in Wichita Kansas. Recommend for sure. Good service center for sure.

Disappointing
I have been a faithful customer of Eddy's Toyota for more than 15 years seems that works to a disadvantage regarding service I told the service agent that I had a slow leak on my right rear tire and currently it was low in air pressure the agent told me that I did not have coverage for car repair and would be charged if tire repair was required I brought up proof of tire repair coverage to the agent he didn't want to see it and said you were not charged for tire repair He never acknowledged that I had coverage and did not tell me what really the scoop was they just could not find the leak Obviously since my tire was low and pressure there was a leak My issue is not acknowledging that I had coverage and that I was correct in stating that I had it There are other car dealerships around and I think I will be shopping to see if I can get some honest interaction

Service and recall repair
Everything was done on time. Told me it would take 1:45-2:00 hours. Car was returned in that time frame. Thought the service video was interesting but not helpful

It was nice to call for a service appointment and get in fast. Everyone was polite and professional during my time waiting and most people had a mask on. I have not had a bad experience at eddies and will continue to get my vehicle serviced there.

The BEST people to buy a car from! Justice was my salesman and he work countless hours trying to find me the perfect car and he did just that!
