Buick Verano purchase

We went car shopping on Saturday 3/29 and had an appoitment with Bruce Wilbert. We were not decided on the make or model of vehicle we were looking for or whether used or new. We had purchased a used hyundai from bruce 5 years ago. Bruce again was very pleasant to deal with, let us decide the direction we wanted to go. We were able to test drive both a new buick and aused Hyundai. Both cars were very nice and the decision was not easy. Bruce gave us the time to determine the direction we wanted to go. We also were impressed how easy it was to trade in our Lincoln ( we did not have it along). At know time did we feel there was any hurry to get a deal done. Buick has a great product and we had a budget to stay in. The dealership did a great job of exploring all financing options. The options to lease or buy were presented to us with out any pressure either directions. Once we had made the deal we wanted the paperwork end of the process was very streamlined and all our questions were answered. We were surprised when the dealership had the new car ready for us to take home at the end of the process. We had expected to have to drive back up and finish the deal later in the week when we had the lincoln trade alomg. However we took the new buick home and dropped off the trade later in the week at our convenience. It was a pleasure to deal with bruce again and he made an usual stressful experience very comfortable. Thanks Dennis and Jo Ann Turney

Quick Service Department

We were greeted immediately upon pulling in the service bay. After talking about what we needed we were directed to a very nice seating area while we waited for our service to be completed. It seemed like we were in and out of there in no time.

When I talked, Ed listened. They didn't try to sell me anything more than what I wanted and went out of their way to find exactly what I did want. When the model I interested in went on sale, Ed called and let me know.

Scott Lundsford at Scholfield GMC Buick did a wonderful...

Scott Lundsford at Scholfield GMC Buick did a wonderful job finding us a used vehicle based on our requirements and price. He kept in touch with us as something came up in order for our search to be quicker. Scott Lundsford and the rest of the staff at Scholfield GMC Buick were very friendly and easy to work with. They did not push but jumped to help when we asked. They had us drive the car more than once and to check out all the features to make sure there were not any issues. One problem was discovered and the service department has been great to work with.

Good service

I may understand why they turn off the climate control but i fail to see why the drivers seat needs to be adjusted along with the steering wheel. Every time it is changed it is not that far from the service isle to the service bay and back outside just don't understand VERY frustrating to have to reset things , i worked as a mechanic at a dealership and test drove many different autos and only adjusted the rear view mirror , FRUSTRATING

Repaired maybe

The service was great. I was disappointed that based on information from Buick this repair may not solve the problem. If Buick can't figure it out I don't understand why this isn't an extended warranty item rather than the customer paying for the repair. This was the second repair in the sequence that I have had to pay for.

We went to Scholfield Buick GMC to see Terry Boone to...

We went to Scholfield Buick GMC to see Terry Boone to look at a car, not really expecting to be able to find one that would work for us. Terry Boone was able to help us not only find a car that we love, but was able to find a car we could afford. It was a great experience and we feel great about the purchase, especially the warranty - I love being able to take my car in for it's oil change and inspection and not worry about getting ripped off with all kinds of fixes and upgrades.
