Six months of fun...and counting!

It's been six months since I bought my new HRV Honda, and I truly do "love my Scholfield Honda"!! This purchase all came about because Brad Cox knew of my need to replace my Honda Fit (which had served me well for 8 years!), and my financial guidelines I wanted to follow. After visiting with Roger Scholfield, who had guided me in car decisions many times, he asked Brandon Balman to assist in my sales experience. Brandon was the perfect match, and never grew impatient with all my "many" questions! He was fantastic...and loved his smile!

Great customer service

This will be our second time of purchasing cars from Scholfield Honda and each time it's been great experience. We bought brand new cars 10 years ago and was due for different cars this year. Everyone was very respectful and worked us through the process easily. A special thanks to Steven Bishop. He was our sales guy and he was wonderful. He called, texted and was available ( even after office hours) during the process to answer questions and make everything smooth. Jason Shire was also very good and helpful and they both gave us good deals. We will definitely be back when we are due for another car.

Professional

We have purchased several new Hondas and a used car from them and my experience has always been the same - very professional and courteous! No pressure and are willing to let you think it over! Highly recommended!

My experience

This was my first experience at the Scholfield Honda dealership and I was very impressed with the employees and management. They were very friendly, helpful and non-pushy. Our salesman, Chris Kurth, was very informative and understanding of our needs from start to finish during the trade of our vehicle. He spent time showing us what our new car could do and how each of the features worked. He was a real peach to work with and made the trading process a pleasant experience! I would encourage others looking for a new car to go to Scholfield Honda. They are a nice group of people, selling a great brand of car! Definitely a positive experience. Thumbs up here!

Used to be a good Honda Dealer

Bought my Accord coupe certified used in '06 and had a good experience. Nearing the end of the original warranty the clear coat began to peel. Took it in and was told that they would not fix it. Returned six months later for repairs and among the suggested list of things to repair was an entry noting the clear coat was peeling, badly, by now. Again, told them I purchased the car certified used from them and asked for them to cover it under the extended warranty I had purchased. I was told that it didn't cover paint and they would not fix it. I went through this three additional times to get them to fix it with no luck so I finally gave up. Couple of months ago I was sent an email that the dealership was interested in my car. I had received calls like this before from Scholfield (actually an agent acting on their behalf) wanting to buy my car but each time I went in they acted like they knew nothing about it. This time it was from the secretary telling me they had a customer interested in my model of car. I went and had the unpleasant experience of talking to the sales manager who insulted me with a low-ball offer on my car. It was only after I explained to him that Audi and Cadillac we're going to give me DOUBLE what he was that he brought his offer up more. Your only saving grace is the service department of which I have been a loyal customer. Will not buy certified used or new from this dealership again. You had ample opportunities to make things right but continued to deny it each time I asked.

Outstanding sales and customer service experience!

I want to personally recommend and thank the following: Brian Watkins, James Watkins, Mark Weins, Matt Council, Drew Droegmeier, Brad Cox, Mitch Johnson, and the rest of the Scholfield team for a wonderful experience. This team went above and beyond to help us find two cars for our family, one a new Honda Accord and one a gently used 2013 Ford Escape. Both teams worked diligently to make sure that we were getting exactly what we were wanting, in the price range we wanted, while providing us with great customer service, honest advice, and a seamless process from start to finish. All team members were professional and knowledgeable. All questions that we had they were able to answer for us immediately or find out the answer in no time. Great repairs team as well. We request a few touch ups on the ford and they got to work on them immediately and had the car looking better than new. Please save yourself the time and hassle of other places and just go to Scholfield Honda first.

Yelled at by a Service Manager Continued

I cannot edit my previous review for some reason. Roger and the GM contacted me to discuss my previous experience. We were able to come to an agreement. This company does monitor and care about how they are reviewed in social media. If you have a problem they will listen and try to resolve.

Yelled at by service manager

After the service manager,Matt, yelled at me for inquiring why a part wasn't covered under warranty when i had documents from the warranty paperwork saying it was I cannot recommend this to anyone. They did the absolute minimum that they could to help me, which was to tell me i was wrong, they didn't care, and to yell at me.

Great sales experience!
