We recently bought a car at this Scholfield Honda store and the experience was great, they do treat you well, when you're spending your money with them.... As soon as you leave the store, you're an afterthought and they no longer care about you. After we bought our NEW 2019 Honda Civic we decided to get the windows tinted by a family friend. They did a wonderful job, but noticed during the tinting a huge scratch on the driver side rear window. We brought the car into this store to see what could be done, as there was no way we could have caused such a huge scratch. The service advisor sent it into Honda to see if it would be covered, and he said they would not be able to. We then spoke to the sales staff to see what could be done, as it is such an eyesore that takes away from the whole car. They stated it had been too long since we left, and if we hadn't gotten the windows tinted they would take care of it. This was a brand new car, I shouldn't have to do a full vehicle inspection as if I'm buying a 10 year old car. As soon as we noticed the scratch with our window tinter, we brought it in the next day and it took them over a week to tell us it would not be covered. The sales manager Chevis Coleman would not relent and repeatedly called us liars by saying the window tinter more than likely scratched the car since they use razor blades, even though we watched them tint all the windows and would have seen it. This store lures you in with their tactics and as soon as you're done spending money, they never want to see you again. This has been a horrible after purchase experience and I would STRONGLY recommend to never buy from this company.
My recent new vehicle purchase from Scholfield Honda was a great experience. Vu Nguyen did an excellent job of answering my questions and was patient.
We bought our Odyssey from Scholfield East about a year ago and every time I have brought it into the service center I have been surprised by how accommodating... they have been. Today I brought it in just because the low tire pressure light came on. They fixed it up while my daughter played in the kids zone and I enjoyed a cup of Starbucks coffee :)

Recently bought a used car from Scholfield. The entire process was smooth and there was no pressure. The price I paid for the car was very fair and the... lifetime power train warranty that comes with the car (at no cost - it is just part of the deal) was an added bonus. Tyler Alderman was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the car I bought. Given that I bought a Mazda instead of a Honda, it was refreshing to have a salesperson who knew a great deal about the car and its features.
I would like to thank mr Robert, the best salesman ever seen in my life. He was very polite guy. And I would like to recommend him to every single buyer,... he will definitely make you extremely happy. Thank you Robert again. Took in my Audi Q5 to check on a low tire and they were able to find the problem right when I pulled in. (A screw on the road had found my tire.) I was... prepared to have to wait but they pulled the car right back and had it done in minutes. I was just settling in with their free Starbucks and big screen TV when the car was finished. The price was lower than I expected and everything was done with a smile. Plus the entire area for service is spotless. Definitely coming back to Scholfield Honda for service.
Sales person sold vehicle out from under me. I have decided to go back to buying in Oklahoma where I've purchased my last 3 vehicles.
I began shopping for a new car in the beginning of this month (June 2018). I narrowed down all my options to a 2018 Toyota RAV4 (sold by Eddie’s Toyota)... and a 2018 Honda CRV (sold by Scholfield Honda). Eddie’s Toyota offered their new RAV4 for $22,900 plus tax, so I texted our salesman over at Honda asking if he would match Toyota’s price. He told me he would talk to his sales manager, Chevis Coleman, and then finally texted me back specifically saying that he could “ get [me the price of] $22,900 before taxes.” I came in two days later on the 25th of June to buy the car, and as my dad and I were checking out the car with the sales manager for one last time, my dad asked about some sticky stuff on the car. The sales manager disclosed that the sticky stuff was from repairing hail damage, which is something I don’t think he would have disclosed unless we saw the signs hail damage ourselves. We then sat down to officially make the deal and on the bill we saw undisclosed charges added for unnecessary accessories (tire warranty and plastic strips on the side of the door) on top of the $22,900 and they refused to take those charges off, violating our previous deal. The sales manager was very rude and justified it by saying it was “only a few hundred dollars,” yet if it was “only a few hundred dollars,” then I don’t understand why they would not take it off. Scholfield Honda does not live up to their agreements.
While driving on the turnpike from Emporia to ElDorado, I encountered a severe thunderstorm. The traffic ahead of me had slowed their driving, and turned... on their flashing hazard lights. I did likewise, and followed from a safe distance. With low visibility and heavy wet road conditions, I experienced the safe drivability of my HR-V as the wheel traction adjusted immediately. The tires were able to stabilize and grip the pavement, and I was able to focus on the road ahead. Amazing!!
I have a 2016 Honda Civic model. Trevor is the customer service I go to over at the east service department. He’s always been helpful everytime I call... him or when I swing by the service dept. multiple times I’ve gone there for certain issues I’ve had with my car when it comes to rattles, car maintenance, or when my stereo went out on me a few months ago ¿ but everytIme I’ve good there Trevor had always gone the extra mile to get me taken care of with a loaner and has been proactive in letting me know of the issues. Even though I’m a bit disappointed of the car quality with this Civic, ( still rattles) thankfully everything has been taken care of un the car guarantee. And it’s been a good experience
