I purchased two filters, a gasket, and tow o-rings.

I purchased two filters, a gasket, and tow o-rings. My total was $226.00. I believe there is some serious price gouging in the parts department. The o-rings are listed at almost $20.00 a piece. I could not find aftermarket matching parts. Similar parts were under $50.00 at a local automotive supply. Highly recommend finding parts elsewhere if possible.

Stay away from SCHOLFIELD HONDA EAST Wichita Kansas. Nothing good about our vehicle purchase on 9/2024. Worst car buying experience Ever!! Poor Customer Service Poor Management Skills Not Willing To Take Full Responsibility Of Their Mistakes!! They Do Not Recognize That The Customer Is Alway Right And That's How It Should Be!! Rear Glass Leaks on the inside !!! Noticed it at the carwash!!!!! They Use the Phrase Well You Bought A Used Vehicle!!

As dealerships go - these guys were easy to work with.

As dealerships go - these guys were easy to work with. The process was quick and fairly smooth. I abhor the car-buying process, but this was not terrible. The facility itself was very nice, clean and welcoming. Oscar was my salesman and he was very good at keeping in touch with me until I could make it in.

Awesome customer Service Wonderful pricing n the BEST warranties Very patient n knowledgeable Ryan knew exactly what I was looking for and he showed me everything on the vehicle that I bought n he took the time and went through everything showing me how to work the setups and then offered to help me set up my phone He is an amazing sales person please thank him for me I highly recommend Scholfield Honda East My Son Referred me as he’s bought two Hondas from Schofield They took great care of me. Thank you for caring about what I wanted in an SuV and thank you Joe for making it happen My husband loves that 1974 yellow Honda on the showroom floor Thank you Honda for making my dreams come true today Sheila

"Customer Satisfaction Manager" upsold me on an

"Customer Satisfaction Manager" upsold me on an aftermarket auto start & aftermarket heated seats, the auto start interfered with smart entry system so it doesn't work. The Heated seats heat up barely half of the bottom of the seat. I've talked to him twice since, I purchased the car, he says he will call back with an appointment date, the appointment date never came.

Failed to warranty saftey issues.

Failed to warranty saftey issues. They charged me for a unresolved warranty issue. They lost my business.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. 2018 Odessy has warranty issues on the sliding doors opening while driving, getting stuck closed. The infotainment center loses power. Had sliding door latches replaced already, and they replaced everything, including a door motor and charged me instead of warranty. Should have been a warranty issue. I explained to the dealer this issue is warranty. They argued with me. A manager never even called me to resolve the issue. Should have been classified as "unresolved"warranty issue. I've owned a Honda since 2002. Obvious, this dealer doesn't value safety. Honda corporate rep calls me and said my van is to old! Since when do warranty issues expire? Not getting my business ever again. The service manager on the Westside never answered my question of when do warranty issues expire.? Customer Service means alot to me. They lost my business behind all this.

Very satisfied with the customer service- my Salesman

Very satisfied with the customer service- my Salesman Graham @ West Scholfield & Finance man Jason. Had an earlier frustrating experience at a big dealership. Drove to West Scholfield and found my car right away. No hassels or long waiting. They were very courteous & worked with us with no pressure at all. I'm very happy with my Honda HR-V EX!

Bought my used car in 2019.

Bought my used car in 2019. Had a super great experience with them. However, 2024 tried calling about the lifetime warranty to the service center, Anthony, answered. Would not let me ask my questions. He would cut me off with the same answer. “We don’t know until we diagnose the issue and turn into the warranty company.” I understand that but I had further questions about an oil change for a different car but he didn’t give me a chance to answer. He just talked over me with that same answer about the warranty. They lost my business instantly. If an Anthony answers at the Wichita service center ask for another person. His customer service was terrible!
