I purchased a jeep cherokee on line.

I purchased a jeep cherokee on line. I asked several times if it was a smoking vehicle. Tim on sales repeatedly told me no. Well after it was delivered I found a cigarette hole in the drivers seat and cigarette butt under the floor mat. I would not have purchased a smoking vehicle if I had known. I was lied too repeatedly. I was told they would not Replace the leather where the cigarette hole was. Run away from this place .

If I could give it minus stars ---* I would

Darwin Awards for repair. Please do Nashville a favor and close the repair shop. On September 4, 2023 labor day I noticed an oil puddle under my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn’t drive it that day for fear of causing further damage and possibly burning the engine. The following day I bought and installed a quart of oil and drove it to Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, located at 5800 Crossings Blvd. Nashville, Tn. 37013, the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I parked my SUV in the service line and informed the technician that my vehicle had developed an oil leak and I needed it serviced. I then said that I’d like an oil change as well. He replied that they could do the oil change but I would need to make an appointment for the leak and next available time would be October 15. I asked won’t the oil just leak out? After several minutes of banter that went nowhere, I drove several miles to Bass Tire Co located at 3801 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, Tn. 37211 These guys are great. They even helped direct me with the insurance claim, which I bought at Freeland. Never again....

WORS CAR LOT EVER

The managers lie they buy and sell bs used cars. Even with a lifetime warranty they still won’t fix your car. They run your credit 20+ times to put you in a car. You will go in with a 650 and leave with a 540 just off how many times they run your credit. EVEN WITH A LIFETIME warranty they do not fix your car. I got my car in may 2022 engine light came on next day instead of trying to fix it they ran my credit 20+ more times just for me to still be in the same car. it’s so bad that they we’re supposed to order me a tail light the day I got the car it’s March 2023 still no tail light. The car dealer I dealt with quit because to many of his customers had problems shortly after the manager that was helping me quit. So I’m still paying 800 a month on a car with a lifetime warranty but my engine light been on 10 months and still no brake light. Not to mention my credit score dropped even further To a 474 because of how many times my credit got ran. WORSE CARLOT EVER.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Horrible experience! Our issues with this place are endless. Long story short, they prematurely sold us a used car without the full inspection of what needed to be serviced. When test driving it and checking it out, we thought it only needed new brakes as did the salesman. It has been absolutely nothing but a plethora of excuses and pointing of fingers from one department to the next. Everyone “goes out of town” or is “in a meeting” and can supply zero answers. The problems of practice with this business is poor communication and even poorer customer service. I sat in their dealership waiting for a simple yes or no answer for almost 3 hours, and the person who was supposed to be working with us that day chose not to come out of his office to speak to us (I think because the car was not finished as promised on that day). We paid a down payment and completed paperwork on a car that we STILL do not have after being told every single day that we will get it the next day…a myriad of excuses and lack of care for the customer”/ inconvenience. They sent us a loaner car with was beyond filthy. Wish I could post pics below. The car is now supposedly at another dealership. I have requested to recant the paperwork and have our down payment refunded, as the stress of this experience has been more than the car is even worth. Best Service Team Around!

The service department at Freeland is one that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Rachel, Dave, and company have been nothing but spectacular every step in the way of working with me, the customer—and minimizing my worries. I have lived in 4 states and been to 7 Jeep service departments over my years. Nobody comes close to this crew. They’re upfront, and do a thorough job every time. They do everything within their power to get you the service possible. I rarely write reviews, however this is a special circumstance. They helped me, and I hope this helps them. Dave the manager, and his team (Rachel Especially) have gone out of their way to make me a happy customer. I hope this review gives you and your loved ones the confidence to give this service department an opportunity for your business. As someone who works in the business of servicing others needs, I understand the issues at hand, and they did nothing but go above and beyond (every time). My Jeep drives so much better. I had an undiagnosed problem from 6 other Jeep service departments and finally I have the Jeep I love back running perfectly. Thanks again, Freeland team.

don't need business

Terrible dealership I reached out to them about a car I have had two pre sales people call me and one manager before I would go in I wanted to know what the check engine light was on the car they would never call me back and tell me so I would say don't trust these people clearly they want to hide the issue and hoping if you come in you'll create an emotional attachment to the car which anyone with any intelligence wouldn't over look that.

Horrible Delays in Service

My purchasing from them was very good so I took a car, still under warranty, in for a check engine light issue on a Thursday. They didn't mention a loaner or a long wait time, only that it wouldn't get looked at today. I called two full work days later (Mon evening) because I had no call from them and was told it hadn't been assigned to a tech yet but was about to be and they had planned to call me. I called another 24 hours later, now late Tuesday, and was told again it had not been assigned to anyone and would be the end of the week before it was looked at. I could not believe three full work days later it had not even been given to someone to look at. Im now into a fourth work day and anticipating it to take 7 for a diagnosis, let alone any repairs. I have left a message for the Manager to see if I can get some positive response but will NEVER take anything back there for service again.

Great Service

I was visiting from out of town when the water pump on my Ram 1500 began leaking and having a lot of play in the fan. Called several places and they all told me that it would be a week or so before I could get seen. Tried Freeland and talked to Mike, he told me to bring it in and he would do his best to get me taken care of. (Had no choice but to trust him off the bat) I showed up and Mike was on the problem right away, he got my truck straight back and he told me that it might be the following day before it’s fixed, then another service manager informed me that they had the parts in stock and I would be fixed and out the door before closing, not to mention he told me would be no charge because I still had a remanant of a power train warranty left. Got to the dealership around 3:15 and was out the door by 6. They were great, kept me informed and were very respectful. 5 stars great job guys. If I need something while up that way, y’all will be my first choice!!
