Service

Very poor service department, I had an appointment for a recall. I made an appointment and when I got there the mechanic said I had to take my vechile to someone and get the pike cut off because they could not do it. I got the pike cut off and went back to the dealership and waited an hour and they came out and told me they didn't have the parts. I asked the service manager when they would have the parts in and he said they were on back order. So now I'm driving around in a car that sound awful and really loud, I will never buy or have a vechile serviced at this dealership. I also called GM headquarters and they were no help either.

Very poor service department, I had an appointment for a recall. I made an appointment and when I got there the mechanic said I had to take my vechile to someone and get the pike cut off because they could not do it. I got the pike cut off and went back to the dealership and waited an hour and they came out and told me they didn't have the parts. My overall experience was awesome. I found a car online by using their easy to navigate website. I sent an email.and in less than 2 hours I received and email and that was after hours. I ended up not buying the car only because I decided to keep.mine a little longer. But when I do make the decision to buy definitely going to Walter's

2019 GMC

NEVER AGAIN ....Low balled trade in, lied too on payoff, financed different than told, bundled document fee include GM prep already paid for by GM, charged excess interest fee so they could receive their kick back from the bank! Had to ask for every single rebate applicable. All signed documents were on top of the sales contract, then I was looking "dumbfounded" at what they included in the contract. They never ask once about my concerns. NEVER AGAIN ...The "Walters Way"

Excellent dealership!

My husband and I are repeat customers, this making our fifth purchase from sales rep Josh Willaimson. He and the staff always treat us with respect and make us feel welcome. They always work to find the best deals around.

Mechanics need training. It’s the little things

June 2018 I had a routine appointment for oil change. I had stopped on the way and vacuumed my Acadia so my floor were clean. When I picked up my car after they were finished,my floor was terrible. They did not take the time to put their paper floor mats in beforehand. Big muddy footprints all in the floorboard. I was very upset. They sale these cars and know how much people pay for them. They should take better care of their customers cars. And the prints were obvious to them I’m sure. They should have cleaned it before they let me pick it up. They know better. ��. Seems like they don’t care after you have purchased your car. Their service department sucks and could use some basic courtesy skills training
