Dealership went out and found us a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, with exactly the equipment that we wanted. Found it in Penn. and had it here within the next day. Superior service with absolutely NO hassles. Friendly, courteous staff and very nice office spaces. Jeff Brown went out of his way to give us a problem free buying experience. My wife and I appreciate his expertise and dedication to finding us just the vehicle we wanted. I have recommended Jeff to anyone I find that is looking for a new car and will continue to do so...

I have never been treated so good at a car dealership before! Our salesman was Brian Williams, he worked his xxx off for my husband and I, the many phone calls and text messages showed us he cared and he never left us just hanging, he was up front and honest with us right from the start of what he could do for us and he gave us his input of the cars we were looking at (which we really appreciated). Our experience with this McCluskey dealership was wonderful and I would recommend it to all who were looking for a vehicle, they go above and beyond to help the customer. I have given this rating based on this dealership's massive reach for top tier creditors and incredibly cordial and helpful sales people. Brad Pope was sincere and enthusiastic and even had another sales person go to one of McCluskey's other lots to bring me a truck to look at it at 7:20 at night! I have never been to a dealership that had been so adamant about listening to exactly what I want and helping me find it instead of trying to talk me into what they had on the lot. Brad searched inventory, while providing me a great blend of vehicle specs as well as personal preferences that I could easily relate to. I am a young buyer and have experienced that some dealerships don't treat you with the same respect as they would a more mature customer. That was not the case at McCluskey, Brad was incredibly thoughtful and sincere and stayed very late to help me find and finance so I could take my new purchase home with me. I am more than happy with my truck, more than happy with my service experience, and strongly recommend any potential buyers to do themselves a favor and see Brad Pope.

I would like to say that my salesman Mr. Kenneth Franks was wonderful. I had credit issues, but was looking for a car that I would love. I like the high dollar cars; the high maintenance cars and he found me one that I fell in love with, plus it in my budget. Mr. Kenneth Franks treated me very well and made me feel very special. I was in the process of a car repossession and desperate. I didn't like any car at any seller that would finance me, they were high miles and high down payments too. I even explored renting a car but would be paying as much as the car payment that had become too high for me. Another dealership sent me to McClusky's and their program is amazing. I have told everyone to get to McClusky's, no matter their credit issues no matter their needs. They didn't just get me into a car, they got me into a Cadilac! Though I am paying more interest on this car than someone with better credit would have to pay, I do have a car that I am thrilled to drive. And ONLY McClusky's could do it! I am their #1 fan. Variety of makes, low miles, excellent condition, free carfax, 2 year warranty and guaranteed financing make this the "go to" place, no one can tell me otherwise! (NOTE: The only reason my score is a 4 on quality is that I was told my payments would be $10 less than they ended up being, and that is the ONLY reason.)
