Worst service / repair experience of my life

I recently took my car in to have the check engine light checked and get a state inspection. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and they did not get it into the shop until 4:30 PM and it therefore wasn't ready until the next day. Instead of picking it up 10 mintues from my office Friday as planned I had to drive 40 minutes from downtown to Spring on a Saturday to pick it up. Had i known it was going to take more than a day i would have taken it to the Audi Central dealership 5 minutes from my house. They quoted me $5,700 to replace an engine part that I found online for $500 so I obviously declined the service and therefore could not pass the state inspection. They also charged me $120 for an oil change which is absurd. As i was paying the service rep called the shop to have my car brought out to me. I literally waited outside in the service driveway for 25 minutes and had to ask FOUR different employees before I got my car. The dealership is very nice as we're the people but the timeliness of the service was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced and they were clearing trying to rip me off. I've been to the Audi West dealership and had a fantastic experience. The oil change, tire rotation, etc. was complimentary with the service. Avoid Audi North at all cost.

Great Experience

I just purchased an S4 from this dealership. This dealership is a part of the Sewell dealerships which are known for great customer service. This was my first experience with this dealership or any Sewell dealership and I would say the buy experience was perfect. I highly recommend this dealership. Chris B. was my sales person and he did a great job. Kaylee, Colby, Will and Emanuil were also very helpful and friendly.

We purchased a Q-5 from Sewell, and were very pleased with the service and attention from Chris Childs. He found our perfect car quickly and at a fair price. The entire staff at Sewell North Houston is professional, friendly, polished and exceeded all of our expectations. Sewell is a true believer in "customer first". We were so impressed, that we went next door to Sewell Infiniti and purchased another vehicle, and were once again pleased with the over the top experience! I would recommend a Sewell dealership to anyone!

Purchasing my Audi from Sewell Audi North was by far the best experience and best choice I could have made. I've always heard about Sewell's customer service and I can confirm that it is all true. Chris Childs and everyone at the dealership made my experience not only refreshingly easy, but they made the transaction first class. I will only buy at Sewell from now on.
