Fantastic buying experience from the first point of...

Fantastic buying experience from the first point of contact. I emailed the dealership and was contacted within a day. I made an appointment to view a certified pre-owned vehicle, and was treated with incredible professionalism. The negotiations were very short and the final agreed price was extremely fair. The items that needed to be addressed were identified and agreed upon and an appointment was made for a few days later. I would recommend this dealership for the courteous sales and service representatives.

Integrity and Quality Can happen_Yes! in Preowned

I just purchased a beautiful car with these guys. The entire process, from my inquiry of the vehicle to me driving away with it, was a seamless, professional transaction. I cannot say enough about the help i had in making my decision on a pre-owned Infiniti FX35. Mr. Jerry Reynolds (the CarPro guy) backed these guys up and i now know why. No pushy last minute "you gotta have this" tactics. No surprises. Without a single doubt - I will return to the Sewell, Audi North Houston dealership. They are 100% customer oriented - from your sales person (thank you Susan) Luke Mahoney (sales Manager) and the Sales Director Alan Fordyce - They never stopped in their efforts to make this deal WORK FOR ME. It was personal and fun. I must say they had the opportunity to make a little more money off of me, and they didn't continue up-selling. I was done with the deal and they just made it better. These guys are the real deal and a buyer's dream. My attitude in making a car purchase has completely changed. These guys don't need to shred you for every buck, because they do not have to - integrity leaves a mark; and that trust will keep people like me coming back for more. Thank you guys!!

Hassle Free, Friendly Service

The folks at Audi North Houston made buying a car simple, quick, and hassle free. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome while I was at the dealership. As a first time car buyer, I was relieved that Hunter Grimes was able to treat me with exceptional service of the highest quality, answer all of my questions, and make the purchasing process an overall pleasant experience.

2013 Audi A 5 Cabriolet

I was very impressed with my experience at Audi North Houston. Britton, my sales consultant, provided excellent communication as he guided me through the process. His knowledge and professional attention ensured a smooth transaction. In fact, everyone I came into contact with, from the sales managers to the financial services team were excellent. As a previous purchaser of Lexus' and BMW's, with good experience from both dealerships in Indiana, I am very impressed by the facility and team at Audi North. This is my first car purchase since moving to Texas and my first Audi purchase, so was very pleased to have such a great experience.

Three different stories

I recently inquired about a GMC Yukon XL this dealer had listed for sale: - Call #1: After inquiring about this vehicle with the CS rep, she put me on hold, came back and said, "I'm sorry but this vehicle was just sold." This happens so no problem. - Call #2: After a couple weeks of shopping, this vehicle was still listed on this site as well as the dealer's site. So I called on Monday and spoke with a different CS rep. He said, "let me check and see if this vehicle was sold over the weekend. Sometimes that will happen and we don't get the update." No problem so I wait. After a couple minutes, "yup we still have this vehicle and it is available, it has 'all these features, etc., etc.". So I tell him I live in Dallas and I can drive down the next day and purchase it. His reply, "no problem, I will put all the numbers together and call in 15 minutes with the out-the-door price." I get a call 15 minutes later, "Mr. Martin, OK so apparently that vehicle was broken into and vandalized and is not available." I tell him that I can wait for it to be repaired. He replies, "we'll unfortunately that car will not be available for sale as we will be selling it to the insurance company." Call #3: Obviously something seems awry, so just to settle my own curiosity I call a couple hours later and ask for a sales manager. I tell him that I'm getting two different stories and I would just like to know if this vehicle is available. He says,"it looks like we just sold this vehicle to a person in Dallas." I tell him I'm in Dallas and he says, "no I believe it's a dealer in Dallas." I asked him if the car had been broken into and he says, "it's just been....sold." I'm not sure if this was a "get-you-in-the-door" deal but I obviously lost all trust in this dealer. Just wanted to share this. Buyer beware.

2008 Audi A4

I just purchased a certified pre owned 08 Audi A4 from Hunter Grimes. I had seen the vehicle on the website a couple days prior, came in to test drive the A4 and another car. The only reason I was leaning towards purchasing the other car was the price. However, Hunter was able to significantly reduce the price of the Audi making it an easy decision to get the A4. The process was surprisingly easy, especially for my first time buying a car. Looking forward to the service offered by the dealership.

Excellent Dealership - Suberb Salesperson

I recently purchased a 2013 Audi S4 from John Hovenden at Audi North Houston. I special ordered the vehicle and everything was explained to me up front and straight forward. While waiting for the vehicle to arrive, I received regular updates on its progress and arrival date. There was no pressure to purchase extras when finalizing the sale. After the paperwork was completed, John went over every feature on the car to ensure I knew how each option worked. I would rank it as the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car.

A5 Purchase

I bought an A5 from John Hoventon. He was honest, fair, and professional. He answered every question promptly and was excellent in communication different issues during the buying process. He found the exact car we were looking for in a short period of time and did not pressure me at all. I would high;y recommend John to anyone looking to buy an A5 from a true professional.
