After test driving a couple models I decided to purchase a particular vehicle that hadn't arrived yet. I was able to then test drive a similar vehicle, and they kept me up to date on the status of the new vehicle. When I picked it up they provided a very thorough "walk through".

Mr Dimopoulolos was extremely helpful and got me set with a loaner and called me as soon the car was ready for pick up. Did rush me to return the car although I came in first thing the following morning. Anytime I need Lexus,repair services he is the one I would be looking for. Thanks PS I am sorry to say we did not get this kind of treatment in sales, the agents were indifferent and did not even bother to approach us. ,one Bangladeshi agent said you folks do not like to deal with Indians. So we walked out and bought our two cars at the Lexus dealer on Jamboree in Irvine., I would recommend Mr Dimopoulos in service but would not recommend sales.

The 60,000 mile service was completed in one day while I used a loaner car. All the important systems were checked and I got a full report when I picked up the car. Great communication from my service adviser along the way letting me know what to expect.

I dropped off my vehicle for service on Tuesday of last week, recieved a call late that afternoon from Luis Nieves that parts had to be ordered and that I would be contacted sometime on Thursday and that he would be off that day and that his partner Ben would be contacting me. On Thursday I got a call that the parts are in and that I would be contacted when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Around 1:30pm on Thursday I called service and was told that my vehicle was ready and that they would be closing at 4:30pm for New Years Eve

Mo and Ryan treated me like royalty from start to finish. And start to finish took only 40 minutes total! I can't say enough great things about my recent experience at South County Lexus. I drove in late Wedensday night--too late for a test drive--but saw the car I wanted and put my full trust in Mo, my sales person and Ryan the finance manager. Having previously purchased two Lexus vehicles, I completely trust the integrity of their employees. Within minutes, I made the decision to take the car contingent upon a test drive and a perfect walk through during daylight hours. With a gentle handoff off from Mo to Ryan, I was in and out in under 35 minutes with the promise that the car would be ready the next day for pick up. And it was! And to show you just how awesome these two are, as Mo was handed me the keys, Ryan ran up to say, "Great news! We found you an even better interest rate! It will only take 3 minutes of your time." And guess what? It only took 3 minutes! I will recommend South County Lexus to anyone looking for a new or used car. Well done gentlemen.

Always the best customer service when I visit this dealership. My service writer Ronnie was very friendly and professional and delivered my car back to me on time as promised . Always a happy customers when leaving this place.
