Yall should know who this is🤣 for those who don’t Hi It’s Destinee☺️ yall selling people lemon cars all through Collins, w division, etc… hey did yall know yall xxxxxx up people credit ? Not submitting everything to the higher ups? Once someone is doing a trade in? Yea yall left that Ford on my credit and made it seem like I was still paying on it knowingly I trade it in for another bullxxxxty car🤣… mind u I just got the Jeep Feb of this year!! hmmmm? What’s next? Oh! I called AUTOMAXX and Did u know they told me to get rid of yall car bc you are messing me up in the worse way and still are? Wowzers lol..oh oh! Did u know one of yall own employees told me the ACTUAL truth about how yall are and how yall system works and how service department are? 😂😅…🚨ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!!! 🚨Service department does not actually fix your car they’ll treat the problem then say there was nothing wrong with your car then charge it to your account and say ITS FIXED!! 😂😂Knowing it was something wrong with your car lemme drop picture(s)Listen I called yall soooo many times last week and I’m starting to think yall put a block on my number soooooo this the only way I can say some🤷🏾‍♀️ listen yall can do whatever with me is one thing but xxxxing up something that I’m putting my hard and earn money into is another and I’m not going for it.. keep playing and you’ll see who gonna get the last laugh.. truthfully I understand these are USED cars but don’t go around xxxxing with people heads and what they’re putting they money into okay? I had already been pre-approved for a vehicle. I flew out to Dallas with a one-way ticket. I had asked my sales consultant if I am still qualified due to not living in Dallas or the surrounding areas. According to her all was going great. I was given the wrong address, they couldn't find Camilla. In the middle of the paperwork she leaves and I was put with another sales associate. Went to look at vehicles, only to get told 2 hours after I arrive that I do not qualify for a vehicle due to me not living in the area. Very frustrating, I was so angry. I am happy that they took me to Nissan of Irving. I was able to get a 2018 Nissan Sentra for less then Dollar Car Sales has, plus very few miles. Will never again go back to this place.

The most efficient car buying process I've ever had. KK and the team at Dollar Car Sales were welcoming and straight-forward. I'm thankful for their assistance in getting me reliable transportation. Would definitely recommend.

Broddy and Eric took good care of me. They made sure every questions I asked they answer truthful. Service was great. Before I got to the car lot I asked broddy to make sure I was approve so I wouldn’t have to make a blank trip and he did just that got me approve so it’s 100 percent approve if you have a stabile income good job guys definitely will referral so buyers for business

The salesman was great but the management is VERY unprofessional. I purchased a car and had to take it back a few days later because the check engine light came on. They supposedly had it fixed but about a week later it came back on and then wouldn’t start before I could get it back to them. They’ve had my car since Tuesday and still don’t know what’s wrong with it and haven’t even offered to put me in something else. The communication from the management has been non existent unless I’ve reached out to them. At one point, they didn’t even know where my vehicle was! And when I requested a number to the corporate office to speak to someone, they gave me the number to the service center. Horrible experience since the purchase!

Please don't purchase from this dealer. I filled out an app and asked many questions, including which type of loan i was getting into. I was told my sales rep that my loan was a simple interest loan and no plenty for paying off early. (meaning interest added by day and charges for me to pay loan off quickly). After checking my online account, thinking my balance would be well under $10000 based on how many payments i made. i was surprised. So i called in and they said all the interest is added up front and if i paid of early i MAY get some money of the interest but no promises. I could have gone to another dealer if i knew that. I needed a cheap car not a car thats not worth $5000 and end up paying $16000. I brought a 2013 Kia forte with over 100,000 miles in 2018 and am stuck paying $16000. Thats a brand new car! Stay away!!

I've never been more disappointed with this dealership. I went in for one car and told me I didn't qualify, but showed me a piece of crap for the same amount that I qualify for. Repairs weren't done as promised. Don't by the insurance, they don't take claims.
