Outstanding salesman and dealership.

I purchased my new Buick from the Fox Buick Alpine dealership in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Keith Garvelink greeted me at the door and was so informative regarding each Buick model. He shared the available options and pricing with no pressure to make a decision that day. I waited a few weeks and eventually decided on a 2014 black Verano with the champagne leather package which was not an easy vehicle to secure. Keith worked hard to find me the perfect car, had it brought to Michigan and held it until I could return home to purchase the car at the end of October. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but Keith was truly the very best salesman I have ever dealt with and the dealership has also been great so far. I would recommend Keith Garvelink and Fox Buick to anyone considering a new vehicle. Both provide outstanding service and are wonderful to deal with. Dianne Kuhn

We got our best price for our trade with Fox. This is our second new car purchase with them. Past time there trade offer was the deal maker as well.

Quick oil change. Excellent service.

They have it all figured out!

From the beginning introduction from Brian who was top notch all around to the friendly treatment by everyone we met in every department our experience was wonderful. There was never a hint of pressure to buy. When we picked up our Buick Enclave Greg took more than ample time to make certain we understand all the features. We can't say enough about Fox Buick GMC and the personal friendly concern for their customers. They have a well trained staff who work together for the good of the dealership...and it shows. Thank you for making buying a car an easy process.

Good follow-up when things went wrong.

I went in for an oil change and it took 1.5 hours to complete or tell me it was complete. When I expressed my disappointment the service manager overheard me and gave me the oil change for free. I left and came back when my wife reminded me that there were two lights out. I asked if checking for that was supposed to be part of the oil change and they said yes. They replaced both lights for free. While this was all very disappointing they made efforts to keep my business. I have been in places that feel its my tough luck and expect a return customer. This instance is very rare at Fox Buick. I go there all the time and they are quick, polite, and treat me with respect. Robin goes the extra mile and then some to help my wife, who is handicapped, that earns BIG points with me. I'll be back for sure!

Great Service

Fox Buick GMC on Alpine Ave is always clean, professional and helpful. I've purchased 3 cars from them and wouldn't go anywhere else even for routine maintenance.

FOX BUICK GMC

My car was brought in for a recall involving the seat belt anchors. Work was done in a timely manner. While there, I ordered some new accessories for my new car. Those came in in a few days, were installed yesterday in 2 hrs and look great! Although it took a little longer than expected, the refreshments and WiFi kept me occupied. Thank you for that!
