superior service

I had a loner car which could not accommodate my family, the service department personal was able to come through with a better option for our family and it was so appreciated.

Regular oil change

Treated good while there for my oil change. Friendly staff. Worth the drive from Hudsonville.

Try very hard to please.

I went to Fox Motors with a very specific budget I had to keep. This was explained to the sales person and manager up front. The bottom line ended up $50. a month over budget and my insurance doubled. I fear I won't have this car long. I love it and not sorry about the choice, but I have to struggle to much and it is very worrisome. The staff was very nice, and I feel good about that part. I don't want to have to give up the vehicle.

Outstanding sales man & wonderful service!

We had a great sales experience at Fox Buick GMC thanks to John Brimmer! It was such a pleasure to work with John from the very beginning of the process to the end. We were incredibly pleased with the service provided by John; we were never pressed for anything and would always make the first call to further the process of buying our new equinox. John was very knowledgeable and as well always wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with what we were purchasing and it would be a good fit. We had been too many dealerships previously coming to Fox Buick GMC of Comstock Park and what we experienced with John wasn?t comparable to any place we had been before. We couldn?t of asked for a better genuine person who is there for the customers like John; we even had many follow-ups after purchasing the vehicle making sure we were happy as well. We will continue to use John for further purchases.
