Dissatisfied
I have dealt with Haddad multiple times now and have had terrible service each time. I have trouble getting my calls returned after I have already purchased the car and am waiting to pick it up, and I have been blatantly lied to about certain things. Dealership is very unorganized and nobody knows what anyone else is doing. It's unfortunate that they have great cars because their salesmen are terrible to work with. If you are buying a car from them, know all of your information and be prepared to do most of the legwork yourself.

Went in to buy a new car, walked in a salesman asked us what features we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and let us look around.
