I had a big wrench on my tire, therefore I went without

I had a big wrench on my tire, therefore I went without an appointment and I had no problem whatsoever. As practically a new client, my experience with you guys has been far and beyond. Cory was wonderful. It's been almost a year since I bought my car and Ricardo, my salesman he is like family to me. When I go in for service and he sees me, he will come up to me to say hi and see how I'm doing with my car. You guys have a great team there, keep up the good work.

On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead.

On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.
