I took my truck for oil change . I drive off getting home and I get an alert that I need to do the oil change service .. hahahaha

Capitol Chevrolet was having a Memorial Day sale for Chevrolet EV Equinox. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Sam and he showed us the cars they had in stock with their MSRP. He provided us their list of dis- counts and the final purchase price. I had done some Google research and I know what I should be paying for the car. The price was better than I expected so I purchased the car. No high pressure sales and everyone was friendly and professional. I will be referring my friends and relatives to Capitol Chevrolet. No wonder DGDG has been in business for many years in Silicon Valley! They are a First Class dealership.

I 1000% recommend Capital Chevy. Sam who helped me every step of the way to make sure we were happy and to have a vehicle that would best fit our needs. There were no repairs made to the vehicle at this time just a routine oil change and tire rotation. All service was completed as I waited in the dealership's waiting are. The service toke less 2 hours.

Bought an EUV with a Platinum protection plan. 14 months later, my Chevrolet charger stops working. Go to Capitol Chevrolet to get a replacement and find out -- even though it a Chevy product and crucial component of car -- that is not covered. $492 later, I am convinced that I got scammed by this place. Be warned.

Nelson, salesman, was incredible! I was looking for specific features in a car. Nelson told me the features I was interested in were not available in the car I was looking at. Not only did he find a model with the features I wanted, it was an EV with an Amazing leasing price. I would never have considered such a car without Nelson's knowledge. I can see why he was chosen 2023 Rookie of the Year. I also had a great experience with Bart, who helped with the paperwork. My 99 year old Mom was with me, and they were very kind to her. Nelson and Bart made the process easy.

Dealer price for oil change pricey and I?m willing to pay for their expertise. My car is over 10 and they have identified other needed repairs. Tried to make an appointment to return but not responsive to return my call.
