I repeat do not buy a car here.

I repeat do not buy a car here. This hyundai cars are horrible. They have recalls on thre cars but wont tell the customers that they burn oil and have engine issues and tell the customers they dont know what is wrong.

Awful dealership.

Awful dealership. You can't get an appointment for service. I am driving around with a check engine light and I am still under warranty. They tell me they are short handed and their service is backed up. That tells me everything I need to know. Too many issues with their automobiles. I can't even get a call back. Never will I purchase a vehicle from this dealership. And I will tell everyone I know not to. If you need service you are in trouble!!!!

Greg did call me back yesterday. I think he is the only one that cares. I do appreciate his attention. I have an appointment to bring my vehicle in, but what happens if the check engine light goes off again before my appt. I don't understand why I couldn't have just gone there and them run a diagnostic check to find out the issue. It's not a good feeling driving around with a check engine light on. To be told they are short handed is not a good answer for a customer!! I feel like once you buy a car there you are on your own!!! Again would not buy another car at that dealership ever again. Still have to wait 2 more weeks to take my car in. NOT GOOD!!!!

Awesome dealership got the carbi wanted they worked with me and found finance company fit my needs they are friendly and quick to help you get in the car you want I highly recommend them for your next car ,I love my 2023 k5 gt-inline exactly what I wanted and so comfortable and sporty too hard to find fits all ! I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade the salesman Jeremy

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade the salesman Jeremy was great to work with had my car picked it up on Nov. 17 2023 had it 11 days only 400 miles and the transmission started to bang and shift horrible call in to service on Nov 28 2023 was told that they could not take it till Dec 5 2023 took it in and their svr. mgr and took it for a ride he told me he would need the car over night that he would check it out let me know what was needed to repair it two days passed no call from service so I called in to check on it left a message got no call back called again no call back called my sales man he said he would check on it finally 4days later got a call from svr. mgr was given a xx line that they are working with hyundai tech to get issue fixed took the 17 days to determine that the transmission was bad they had to get a new one after a week I called to see about it left message no call back I called every one in their upper managment could not get a return call finally spoke with Mike McGlumpy told him every thing that was going on he said he would take over and get this taken care of well 35 days later I got the car back it still does not shift properly has a vibration in steering and a rattle under the car and paint scratched off under the hood was told to bring it back took the svr. mgr. for a ride he heard the noise under the car felt the vibration and bad shifting told me to leave it they would take care of these issues two days later was told it was ready went to pick it up nothing was done told me a flashlight in glove box was rattle went to car to go home now my hood has dents in it I went to the svr. mgr he came looked at it said he didn't know how that happened he would take care of it he did get the dents out of hood but smeared paint on scratches under that doesn't even match now this is a wonderful experience With a $54000.00 dollar vehicle they lie, and never call you back! When I put my car in for engine service, I had to rent a loaner for 2 weeks. While signing papers at the Service Desk to pick up my repair, I mentioned that Enterprise was going to charge me an additional $75.00 for leaving the rental unit at the dealership, and not dropping it off back to Enterprise, (due to timing restraints on my end).  As I was leaving the lot, my phone rang - it was Garrett! He stated they thought it was unfair for me to have to pay that extra $75.00, and that he and his co-workers would take it upon themselves to see to it that the vehicle would be returned to rental company lot, and there by saving me that added expense.

The service department was excellent.

The concierge was very helpful. The car was finished on time, the issue was fixed without problem, and the dealership washed the car before returning. I would rate the service department as excellent.

They damaged my truck

Everything was great with my oil change, inspection, and 15,000 mile service on my Santa Cruz until I saw the giant scratch and puncture hole in my dashboard where they put the new stickers on my windshield. Called the service department and they transferred me to a manager and they never called me back. Absolutely terrible experience and now I have damage to the inside.

Kudos to #1 Cochran

Every time I take my vehicle to #1 Cochran to get it serviced I am amazed at the professionalism and the genuine Customer Care. Every service is explained and the wait time is minimal. I purchased my vehicle at the West Liberty Ave location and each time upon exiting the facility my vehicle is washed. Kudos to # 1 Cochran

Helpful Service Department

The service staff are very kind and helpful. I cannot say anything about the sales side of things, because I have not used them. I have had problems with my car, and ended up needing a new engine (which Hyundai provided). The service staff were helpful at that time. This visit was simply for an oil change. They were kind and friendly to myself, and to everyone who walked through the door.
