Above and Beyond
Fritz alerted me to an important software update / recall notice on my vehicle several weeks before I got the official word from Hyundai. He then went above and beyond to get the necessary instructions and software from Hyundai so they could apply the fix to my car. Very happy with # 1 Cochran, highly recommend.

Excellent service once I got the service scheduled
The actual service that Cochran Hyundai of the South Hills performed on our 2010 Elantra went extremely smooth once it was actually scheduled. The car was in for service in December 2019 and was checked for a power steering light and code which resulted in Cochran diagnosing that the steering column required replacement. Cochran contacted Hyundai and they said it would be replaced at no cost to us, but the part had to be orders and my son uses the car while in seminary in KY, so we had to reschedule this repair for another date that he would be in Pittsburgh. The problem I had was that during to pandemic in March and April I could not get through on the phone to anyone at the dealer’s service depth to schedule the ordering of the part and the service appointment. I needed to speak to someone in the actual service department but even the central service appointment people could not get anyone there to answer a phone call. I literally made over 50 calls, but was told that there had been layoffs and employee transfers and that the service dept was working shorthanded. Fortunately, once I did get to talk to someone, I was able to schedule the part delivery and repair, and the repair was completed very professionally and courteously. But I can not give a “5” rating due to the trouble I had within the Cochran phone system.

Great Experience!
I had the single best experience I've ever had shopping for a car with Gabe at Cochran Hundai on West Liberty Avenue. Gabe was friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to walk through all the vehicle features, and even hooked me up with an extended test drive. Not only that, he and the dealership worked with me so that I could get into my dream car, a Kona AWD Ultimate in orange. I absolutely love it. Thanks Gabe and Cochran Hyundai for a great experience. Andrew A and Brandon are truly exceptional at their jobs! They made our car buying experience one of the best ever. Brandon made the finalizing touches pain free and easy. He provided us with detailed explanations of each document and made sure we understood what we were signing! Great Service During Covid 19
They made me feel very comfortable for contact-less delivery and service of my car. When I got it back there was still plastic on the steering wheel and seat cover. Super quick service.
