Grand Kia is a very clean dealership. All cars looked very clean,. Could use a bigger lot to show more cars. John Lee , the sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all functions of the vehicle and very friendly in making purchase more easy. Joe Lee was also very helpful in explaining the purchase. The vehicle was very clean when accepted.

I was very please with Grand Kia!! I spend time dealing with several dealerships looking for my KIA, and Grand was very helpful. Bryan Gonzalez helped us get our car, and made sure that it was cleaned up and ready to go for us. The service department did an excellent job with that, and I still feel like I am driving a "new" car even though I purchased used.

The Grand KIA dealership in Thornton, Colorado is always clean and inviting. My salesman, Randy is the best. He was my last salesman and will be my next one. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel right at home. Service guys are always very helpful. I enjoy going in to get my vehicles serviced there.

Our salesperson was great- got the deal done. Felt a little rushed at the end as the store was closing and everyone was ready to go home. We love the car!

I attempted to purchase a 2022 Kia Sorento PHEV. The dealer wanted $2K over MSRP, but the worst thing was they undervalued my trade by nearly $4K from the quote I got on their own website from KBB. So they wanted to take $2K more on the front end and $4K on the backend on my trade. They had the gall to tell me that I was still saving money because I was saving taxes on my trade. On the other new Kia's on the lot there were markups of anywhere from $3K-6K. Avoid this dealership unless you want to be taken advantage of.

This sales people at this dealership are friendly and helpful. However, at this dealership there is a market adjustment of anywhere from $2K-6K on every new car on the lot. Then on top of that, they did not honor the price for my trade-in that was from their own website through KBB. They undervalued my trade by nearly $4K. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle, as it is a 2021 and has no scratches, marks, etc on either the interior or exterior. There is no need to stop at this dealership unless you want to pay more and receive less for your trade. On a side note - the building is in dire need of an update.

Eli was incredibly helpful and responsive when I was searching and buying my car. He was willing to go the extra mile when setting up time to purchase my vehicle, and supported me throughout my experience with Grand Kia.
