The service team was professional, and everyone was nice.
The service team was professional, and everyone was nice. There are a couple things I would like to have done to my car, but I was told would not be done there. It would be helpful if they could be. I will inquire as to where I would get a couple more things taken care of. Something I really could’ use is an updated navigation software, but because I drive a 2014 Buick Verano that is no longer made, it appears I can no longer get the navigation upgrade, nor a booklet on the features of the car. That would be so helpful for me. I would also like to get some of the scratches on the front bumper and the rear bumper removed, but will continue to seek assistance with that. Sean went above and beyond what was required.
Sean went above and beyond what was required. Our issue should’ve been covered under the GM extended warranty that GM itself recommends, but there were some issues on how they believe it should have been handled. He went out on my behalf and spoke with them and convinced them that the best solution for myself, the dealership and the insurance company was to replace the faulty parts. I truly appreciated everything he did.
