This dealership was able to provide a tire for us as we are out of town for a month stay in the sunny state of FL , but got a flat. Of course these tires are not typical so to find one was perfect and they were able to get us back on the road with a little over and hr and with a hand wash as well. Very pleased!

Superb service with an excellent Service manager, Jose Fonseca, who coordinated the service visit and was customer focused, exceeding expectations. Loaner (2024 M a can) car provided for the yearly Oil/Filter change, multipoint and fluids check. I trust this dealership in Fort Myers?

Porsche of Fort Myers used a BIG LIE to sell me a new base Porsche Macan. This lie involves vehicle misrepresentation that was absolutely dishonest and unethical. My wife and I went to this dealership to look at and test drive a Macan and a.Macan S. We had never driven either model. We found a Macan in a color and interior we liked. We test drove this car and it seemed pretty good but i wanted to test drive the Macan S that was supposed to have better performance. The salesman Robert Dorsey said he would go around to the back and bring us a Macon S for us to drive for comparison. We test drove this vehicle with Mr Dorsey along but really couldn’t perceive much difference in the performance or sound compared to the Macon we had driven earlier. Having not noticed any noticeable difference between the cars we decided to buy the base Macan. After a few days I started to think about this “ comparison “ and decided to go to another Porsche dealer in Naples. I was able to test drive a real MACAN S and there was a Fantastic difference in both the performance and sound ot a actual MACAN S versus the car that was supposed to be a Macan S at Fort Myers Porsche. I returned to Fort Myers Porsche the next day and talked to Robert Dorsey about my revealing latest test drive. He quickly admitted that he didn’t have us drive a Macon S because he didn’t have a Macon S at the dealership then or at the time of my return. But now it becomes even weirder. He tries to tell me that he had brought us a Macan GTS. ( I can only think this was supposed to be some kind of coverup but it makes no sense) The Macan GTS has way more horsepower and performance and would be even a more obvious distinction from a base Macon. Hard to determine which was worse- the first or the absurd coverup lie. During a conversation I had with Louis Palmera,the sales manager, in reference to the misrepresentation;he said that I should have checked the rear deck of the car for the S designation and looked under the hood . I had instead assumed the basic honesty and integrity of the salesman and dealership. (Big Mistate). In conclusion— I would never have bought the base Macon if I had been given a fair comparison.

A little disappointed with our check in with the service manager. Tried to up sell us on service without really understanding the history of our vehicle. I understand that is how you train your service personnel but it offended us. The service was on our older Porsche Macan but we just purchased a new 2024 Cayenne S from you. Mentioned an issue with the brakes sticking and nothing was said after a $692 oil change. If this is what we get on that vehicle, in the future we will go to Naples for service on the new Cayenne.
