Annual service on our 22 Macan and re-application of Perma Guard since we lost a windshield to a rock and glass company used solvent. Everyone was friendly & professional and car looks like the day a year ago it was new!

After deciding to rebrand from MB to Porsche, my wife and I drove up from Naples to Porsche Ft Myers to familiarize ourselves with the Porsche offerings and get some information on a possible purchase. We were greeted and introduced to Lexie, sales/ executive assistant, to show us and inform us about the Porsche offerings at Porsche Ft Myers. From the first greeting and introduction, Lexie was the consummate ambassador for Porsche Ft Myers. We had little knowledge of what options were available to us and Lexie answered and explained all our questions. We compared several offerings on the lot and found a match to our predetermined check list. Remember, we were educating ourselves for a future purchase when we found my wife's favorite Cayenne. Well the rest is history. From Lexie's detail to service along with meeting Brittany for additional clarification of questions about the Cayenne's upgraded selections, to sitting down with Keith to finalize paperwork and explain additional options available to us, to Jacob who explained the inner works of the cockpit to my wife, this TEAM gave us a concierge service one would expect. I can only tell you how my wife and I were taken care of by the team members we came into contact with and I feel we received great value and service from Porsche Ft Myers. I have two Porsches one is a daily driver and one is a classic collectible , never had an issue with service , Jose Fonseca, the service advisor always went over an above to accommodate my minute (and boring) service detail especially for my classic car. I could get the service done slightly cheaper somewhere else , i don't mind paying slightly extra to receive top notch service .Thank you Jose and that you Poersche of Ft Myers.

Never had a better experience with an automobile service department since I bought my first car — in 1954! From the friendly check-in, through the initial diagnosis and brand new loaner, all the way to the return of my own car (successfully repaired, washed and clean inside and out). Hats off to John Chatto, who managed the whole process with a smile.
