I was told that it would be an hour to maybe an hour and

Was charged for something that was not needed.

Was charged for something that was not needed. Service center does not read issues. Was told to bring our Jeep Renegade in to see oil consumption, after the vehicle was there for over a month getting the valves replaced due to washed injectors under warranty in May. Was told to drive the vehicle between 1400 and 1600 miles. Did that, made the appointment based on their recommendation. My daughter took the vehicle in on 6/24/22 for a 10:00 appointment. Did not leave the service center until 1 p.m. and then was charged $190 for an oil change in which it just had a month ago when the vehicle was there for said warranty repair. It seems there is no communication and no attention to detail in their computer system. I was told that I will be refunded of this charge but will be in the form of a check. And they never inspected for the oil consumption issue. Since they serviced the vehicle AGAIN, the clock and odometer starts again. It's almost like they a saw a young woman and assumed she was only there to get an oil change. Oh, and i'm still waiting for a return call from Friday at 1.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Too hard to get ahold of anyone at the car lot, pretty much the run around. Not a happy customer.

Dealership is good just having issues with the service

Dealership is good just having issues with the service department. My tire sensor keeps coming on. First time they said it was too much air so they lowered it to 38psi.Second time they replaced the front left tire and said it was good. Now this will be the third time. The tire sensor is still coming and they want me to drop it off for few days so they can check it again telling me if it's between 36psi-46psi pending on the weather it's ok to disregard the sensor notification. If that's the case then why is the sensor notification keeps coming on every 5-10miles
