First oil change for new car

Very friendly, very professional, I felt completely at ease. I am super picky about my car and services. This is the first service for this new car and I would recommend this business to anyone. The entire experience was fast and fantastic.

Great Oil change and tire rotation concept

Great service. I tied for an appointment to change my oil at Gilchrist GMC, they had no appointment, and they were not open on Saturday. Contacted Titus-Will and they said appointments were not required. I love the oil change line you have going. Gil-Christ just lost a customer.

I was very pleased with how nice all the men Were ,they did a great job! They even checked all my lights! I will go back when I need another oil change done an will recommend them!

Oil change

For buying a vehicle The dealership is great. Now that the service department has changed, it sucks. I was told the change was made to better serve the customer's schedule for oil change. Right! Drive in and wait 45 minutes to be serviced. I liked the old system where I could schedule an oil change to fit my schedule. So now an appointment needs to be made anyway if there are other things the customer wants checked. Don't like this at all.

Relaxing New Car Buying Experience

My wife and I had a very relaxing experience buying our 2015 Tahoe from Titus Will Chevrolet. We went down to the dealership on a Sunday due our busy schedules. The salesman, Alex Melgar, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped guide us through the buying process. He showed us the vehicles in stock at all of the Titus Will dealerships in the area. Once we found the Tahoe of our dreams, we worked with Vince to get us financed. On a Sunday, he was able to find us the interest rate and the term of the loan that worked the best for us. At no point in our buying experience did we feel pressured to buy add-ons or options. It seemed like Alex and Vince both knew us well enough to identify what we were looking for in a new vehicle. It was obvious to both my wife and I that Titus Will knows the value of excellent customer service.

Great repair service and honest communication.

Michelle did an excellent job making our HHR's repair work as smooth as possible! She called us and updated us when events were happening and made sure we knew what to expect.

Titus Will auto care

It was fantastic. A separate bay(s) for oil changes, customer friendly, and other things like relplace lights for a reasonable price and time frame. It makes me want to buy my next car there.
