Phill was not pushy with the deal. He found out what I was looking for and provided excellent choices both new and used. I've never had such a tough time choosing between a new and used vehicle. Both vehicle choices were excellent. I got a good deal on the trade as well. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience.

I think that you shouldn't charge for diagnostics if your have the problem fix with you. and why you charge the customer the freight charge for the parts ?

Took two hours to repair two tires. One tire was a complicated patch. They then attempted to charge me for what I was assured was a free service when I purchased the extended warranty. They later decided to "do me a favor" and waive the charges. In the future, I'll probably get my tires and related services done elsewhere. They were courteous and the facilities were clean if a bit spartan for a two hour wait.

Came in for oil change 15 minutes prior to closing. I went inside to talk to sales and they did jkb, brought keys into service and service found me. Glad I didnt have to go track them down. Excellent service Michelle and lube techs.

Got me in quickly for my oil change. They got the entire oil change, including tire rotation, done in under 30 minutes.
