Very difficult to schedule service and loaner is not available all the time. Lead time to schedule for oild change and loaner is not good. Service performed is good but need improvement with the customer management process.

While it is on the other other side of town from I live i made the trip and was left with a very positive experience from my direct contact with my sales associate Doug Friedman to Mike the manager and James the finance manager.
