Awful people to work with rude talk down to you very sneaky tried to pull a fast one over got catch then they got rude

I have been buying from pat for over 20 years. i have bought 8 cars an my mother has bought 2. when i bought the 1st car i was down on my luck an pat was very good to me. that did not change for all 8 vehicles. i am sorry 4 peoples bad dealing but if you are paitent, they will take care of ya. ok, got to go an buy number 9.---john-sober 23 years.

nice sales rep and owners son , looked at 2 F -150 trucks , seemed they were rusted out , under neath frame , even though car fax showed clean title, seems photo of vehicles were filtered , but other wise , had good selection of vehicles , just not my price range ,

they never got back to me if they made repairs on it I was ready to buy with cash but lift gate wasn"t hooked up and a/didn"t work.

I spoke to someone there about a Dodge pickup. And asked about the hours. He said that their hours are until 6pm and said if there is a sale happening that they would stay later. Ok so I call my friendly mechanic and asked what’s he was up to…. So hoped in my car and we zipped right over. I knew it was going to be close but I had everything I needed 2k in cash, title for my trade in. I mean I was easy pray I wanted that truck. Then I asked someone if he worked there. Yep but we’re closing in 10 mins. I took it as leave me be I don’t have time for you. So I left. Thanks for your time.

I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

Hi I am writing a 6 month review of my 2013 F-150 , I shopped for a replacement truck for a long time could not find a good truck at a fair price. It all came together for me at Discount Auto the truck was and is everything Pat said it was. I keep my vehicle 10 years I have know doubt this truck will go the distance.

Don't buy any cars from this place. Biggest crooks on the planet. They sold me a lemon. Complete devastation. They hurt people so badly. Tell everyone.

Where to start. Bought a vehicle over 4 weeks ago, 10 minutes after I left auto discount the fuel inlet light came on. Had the vehicle less than 24 hour the transmission was leaking and the engine light is on. The vehicle also will not pass the emission inspection because of the engine light.
