I bought a car from them 2 months ago and I was told by both the salesman and the manager that it had 4 brand new tires! I took their own word, inspected the whole car myself except for the tires as they told me they were brand new and it was dark and raining, so I bought it thinking that there's still a bit of integrity in human beings, 1 week later I took the car to the tires auto center and was told that the rear tires were very bad and they have to be replaced asap. I called immediately and left them a voicemail but no body called back! I called again and spoke to John the salesman, he was careless and said he will call me back but he never did! I called again 3 weeks ago, spoke to the manager who was rude and careless, I told him about the issue as he w and John told me the tires were new, but the manager could care less and told me that I can come to the tire shop next to their dealership and buy 2 new tires on my own !! he kept arguing and never apologized for their lying to me! he was not willing at all to resolve this after all arguments. That was the kind of salesmen that we hear about everyday whom will lie to a customer to get him to buy their car and you should never buy from such people! They look nice when you want come in loaded and want to buy but liars, dishonest and have no integrity when an issue comes up!! Spare yourself and go look at another dealership.

Bought a work Van. Plenty of them in stock, really the whole process was smooth. Oh i am happy with the PRICE and the condition. No pressure, salesman was helpful and laid back. I think they are my new go place for cars.

I was contacted by one of their sales associates via email within 2 hours of inquiring. The associate was friendly and we discussed the car I inquired about. I would have loved to have purchased the vehicle but my finances were insufficient.

I have a few credit problems and Discount auto told me that they could work around my issues and get me into a vehicle. All I can say is they are people that do what they say they will do . I came to this dealership looking for a 15 passenger van for use at my church. Mr. Kelly was very nice and pleasant while we were looking at the 2002 Dodge Ram van. He was very agreeable and upfront with all of the information about the van. For the van being 13 years old it is in great shape. The CARFAX report was accurate and precise in accounting for all of the wear and tear on the van. The inside of the car was very clean and the interior was almost like new. The price was a deal for the about 44,000 miles that are on it. Mr. Kelly allowed me to drive it around the block and see how it handled. The features of van are very nice and an amazing steal at the price I bought it for. The only thing that I was not sure about was that Mr. Kelly was not very familiar with the specifics of this car because there were a few missing interior pieces and the plastic cover of the side mirror was broken. I did like that Mr. Kelly was very upfront and honest with all of the questions that I asked him. He told us what he new and he did not try to cover up the things he honestly did not know. The staff was very nice and I was treated very well when I was here on a really hot day. The price was heavily discounted and I was given a 30 day warranty. Overall I had a very good experience at this dealership and I look forward to driving my new 15 passenger van home!
