I went in to Big joes in my 96 Explorer which stalled on the way in the lot. They still took in on trade and got me my beautiful new truck...Loaded with every option and a payment that was lower then I was paying on my old truck...We were able to get all the paperwork done and I was back on the road in a couple hours...If your looking for a new car or truck, I'd definitley reccommend seeing Tommy and the guys at Big Joes.. I was turned down by 4 other dealers due to my recent repo. Big Joes got me back on the road in a couple of hours with an affordable payment and a great little car. I had a difficult time finding a car i wanted with my credit dilemma. I stopped by Big Joes and spoke with Tom and he got me approved for financing within hours, the pricing is very reasonable and the service was quick and painless, not like other dealerships who nag you about your credit problems and want to make an extra dollar of you.. we got it done quickly. needless to say the car was great, it was a 2004 cadillac CTS!! the car had crisp HID headlights which make the caddy stand out, also it had all the gadgets working excellent, power windows, navi, alloy wheels sun roof.. I am more than pleased with big joes, please give them a call if you are looking for a new vehicle!

They say they have a BMW M3 on their lot, however this car doesn't exist. Just another ploy to get you to visit their facility. It's upsetting that dealers do this. Why list it if you don't have it ? Shady dealership.

Please do not even try buying a car from here. Nothing but Junk Cars!! Water or Flood Damage. Flat Tires on the lot. Please close this place down.

I went there looking to buy a used maxima I saw online but when I got there the car looked nothing like it did in the picture. The dealer showed me a clean carfax but it was obvious that the back bumper was in accident and replaced. There were many bits and pieces missing inside the car too. Sunroof was broken, stereo did not work, volume control knob and many others were missing. These are just few of many things wrong with car. Later the dealer told me they had a garage and they would fix it for me but if I bargained the price of the car I would have to fix everything myself. This is very shady and dealership who is not willing to give you a good offer or good customer service.
